Automatic Clay Brick Rotary Tunnel Kiln Movable Tunnel Kiln
Rotary tunnel kiln is the most advanced automatic firing kiln for clay brick plant.
Production process of movable tunnel kiln:
a. Raw material workshop
Particle grading, calorific value blending, water blending
b. Aging workshop
The batched raw materials are transferred by high convey belt to aging workshop
c. Billet making
The raw materials are grabbed by excavator in aging workshop and transfer to box feeder in billet making workshop.
The green brick billets are made by two stage vacuum extruder, column cutter and strip cutter.
d. Green bricks transfer and stack
The automatic group and stack robot system will grab the green bricks onto the circular billet conveyor.
