To reduce heat loss in the building it is important to effectively manage these aspects of the building fabric. We visit a property that is targeting Passive House Certification and putting these principles into practice.

This may be expensive to build , but the payback never stops coming.

It's just to bad that they are wasting all this money on all these layers when they could use a single 2x4 wall and 2 inches closed cell spray foam in it and that will out perform what they are doing easily. Spray foam in the only way to go, ever.
