It's not in use in the wild. Only reproducible by HackTV.

No audio?

It's just a music video played back from hacktv. Tuned into a satellite channel with tv1000 as a label.
This is only an electronic simulation. I'm afraid no one ever filmed the decoding of a live D2MAC transmission and no one ever recorded a D2MAC transmission with a good enough quality to be decoded.
