    To all the people who are here after JP words on bringing AC buses instead of metro to cut the prices to 99%. but that is not all true, though metro is huge loss but this connectivity will create more opportunities for big firms to establish their business in Hyderabad. We need to see bigger picture. KTR is not dumb as we think.

      JP Sir's statement on the formation of Telangana was also similar, he said if a new state forms there won't be electricity or water, but contrary to his statement now we have water and electricity, the economy thrived...

    Singapore is a small city/ country. It doesn’t support two wheeler and four wheelers. Here last mile connectivity is less because you have to go home to metro (need a vehicle), metro to destination (need a vehicle). So less viable. Need to spend 3 times and needs to spend more time. So people using more two-4wheelers. It doesn’t suit the demographic of Hyderabad.

      Exactly all we need was more fast lane roads & flyovers . Not a metro .. Its so comfortable to travel in own bike or car

    Bhaiya entha sepu real estate what about agriculture lands all are sweeping out how we get food in future to our children more over outer ring road metro is completely fail project because all the lands connected to outer ring roads are political parties lands where they need money now. So they kept this proposal in front now so that they can sale their lands at higher prices. Endhina future manchi kosam cheyandi bhiaya thank you.

      This has to change , buying a land for a salaried employee is like converting his hard earned money to unaccounted cash and fueling the black economy. It is not the same for flat or any asset class like mf or stocks

    they r unable to run existing stretch itself.. this is another gambling, dont' believe.. metro construction not a easy task, it requires lot of funds n even feasibility not like kaleswaram project which is good on paper but practically painful to run to state..

    Govt should think running a/c buses on ORR instead of spending lakhs of crores on metro line around ORR. Use this budget for other purposes

    • @harshachilakapati
      @harshachilakapati Год назад +3

      Yes true even for 500 buses not more than 500 crores

    • @bunnyman_5454

    • @realtalkshyderabad9219

      ORR is built to ease traffic congestion. Adding buses will violate the vision of it and also cant cater to 1 crore more population. Metro is costly, but will step up the game for Hyderabad as an international city.
      # Just our opinion.

    it is good for urbanisation, population explosion and real estate and ultimately filling coffers of builders & land banks held by polticians and their benamis. These metro projects dont make any economic sense...these new metro projects will take atleast 6 years to complete assuming state govt has money to spend. state govt has no money...they are unable to pay salaries to employees on time.

      Losses are predcited by the Government before hand.Any large scale infrastructure projects( like dams, waterways) across the globe have a break even period for years or some times decades, since they are built for a vision of atleast 50 years.
