I took timing out in the upper rpm. Nothing to do with getting off the starting line. Some setups like less timing than others. It’s all part of tuning.
I just love a small truck with a V8.
Nice truck a few little things to finish up but one of the better swaps that can be done these days.

210 is still way too hot to be running in a trans. Bring it down around the low 150s or lower. It’s going to cook that trans if you don’t.
Oh it cooked the trans. He’s swapped to an 80e and a very large trans cooler.

Don’t do it. It’s soooo much money. On top of that you’re on an older gen computer with the 07 and CP doesnt make a harness for it
