    I have't eaten posho since I was at school in Kenya in the early 1970s! (We called it posho in school, not ugali.)

      @@cookwithattovicky8609 unfortunately I have tried it yesterday here in my country and it was too sticky and it turned to small balls. The color was not white like Ugandan posho. I used maize flour but the flour was very fine like powder

    if u put yur maize flour (corn flour) in little cold water then put in boiling water will save u much work, ensures no lumps

    How many cups of water can I use to cook a posho of 1 cup flour

      @@ajunatechs It will depend on how soft or how hard you want your posho to be but me I use 2 1/2cups of water to 1 cup of posho floor
