Thx 4 the showings. I'm interested in what the best choices for a 1br on a short term (1-3 Months). If you get a chance, it might be a vid that a lot of people could relate to. Cheers!
As always interesting and informative and entertaining , the food looked amazing . I like to see the houses although I never be in a position tomove now , but nice to see anyway . Hope all is well with the family
Jonny first of all I want to Thank You again for the informative and entertaining videos. For over a year we watched and learned a lot in preparation for us to move here. In fact you and your videos were part of the reason we came to Hua Hin first. Within three days we found a two bedroom/ two bath home in a quite are with in walking distance of 94. Due in part to your video, it was as if we lived here for a long time as your videos are accurate. We have also been fortunate enough to meet Bruce & Sassi, Mike & Niccole and benefit from them too. Thanks again for all you do, entertaining, informative, and FUN!
That's not a kabob its mass produced donair meat. Full of chemicals and emulsifiers and bonding agents and usually oversalted. Kabob is a blend of meats onions parsley and formed on a skewer and grilled on charcoal
That room you suggested to use as an ‘Office’. No power points on the walls. I know, just run power extension cords everywhere!! Who designs these houses? A blind man.
Hello mate, they are really amazing you can get the car wash and enjoy a 12 inch in the mouth lol. Look forward to catching up with you mate when are you arriving?
Thanks for posting this video Jonny! Love it when you do condos & houses for rent tours❤….The only thing I don’t like about it is the layout of the bathroom which didn’t have a divider. Don’t like the idea of having a wet floor in the bathroom. Also I wish they would have a window in the kitchen area….other than that, thanks for mentioning the construction on Soi 94. My husband and myself will be in Hua Hin in February and I hope it will be done by then😉
My pleasure & glad you enjoy them. This is just like the cheap side of the rental market if you’d like to spend something up near like 30-50k a month the builds are A lot more thought out. I normally only go these price points because that’s what my viewers are interested in but maybe later in a few weeks I’ll do the more expensive houses for rent. It just all depends on what your budget is and this kind of budget Is what most of my Subscribers is looking for. Hope you guys are well and I bet you are looking forward to coming here next year 👍😊
The second house is in China town. That area has looked the same since 2020, there is some work being done, however most of the houses have been abandoned by the owners. While the price sounds low, it's high for that development.
Awesome property I’m going to look for something with one bedroom or more at less-low cost . I’m bringing my companion dog so I guess a condo is not suitable. Hopefully I can find something affordable in Hua hin .I don’t need anything that special.
Excellent video! You had me salivating at the end… In regards to the first villa.. What kind of additional expense should one expect when having a small pool as part of your rental? IE: Is the renter liable for pool upkeep and maintenance? Or does the owner take care of that? And just a ballpark, how much does having a pool add to your total cost over a year? Thai kitchens as a general rule are extremely basic as compared to western kitchens. What do people use should they want to bake? I don’t see any oven.. Are GE kitchen products available for sale in Thailand? If so, I would simply purchase a GE Advantium microwave. It is a microwave capable of both baking and microwaving. I’ve had one in my last two homes (25 years).. I’ve used the built in oven in my stove just once (thanksgiving turkey) since I purchased my home in 2007. Unless I’m making a sandwich or eating breakfast cereal every meal I make is done by my Advantium. GE makes both built-in versions as well as countertop versions. I would buy a countertop version and take it with me should I move. Please advise.
I rode down Soi 94 this morning. Probably time they actually did something, the pipes aren't going to put themselves in the ground. Kebab looks good but its the same price as my local kebab store - Sims Kebabs in Ashfield.
Gee, that was an amazing Kebab, big, plenty of beef and salad, I don't think that's expensive for what you got, you also got a Coke and Chips, bloody good deal I reckon. Nice to see you out doing the rentals again also mate
Hi Jonny love your videos looking forward to retiring in Hua Hin next summer. Do you suggest using a real estate agent to look for a place or using sites like Market Place to find one. Cheers
Hey Jonny, Those kebabs in Canada are called donairs and believe or not they're the same price as yours. You would think it would be cheaper in Thailand.I like when they grill them. What about the new condos across the street from Berlins kebabs. Man I would probably eat their 3 times a week. I liked the two rentals that you showed. I do like the idea of a pool just for cooling off but the new one is...new. Although the first one had more of a court yard and probably quieter. Cheers 🍻
90% of water heaters in Thailand have the box above that runs the water though the heaters. I would prefer outdoor heather like in Australia but very rare to find
Not really most agents are 2 lazy, i am sure it also depend on the price of the rental but i have never had any inspection in 14 years living in Thailand
These look great but it seems difficult to obtain a long term visa for a year or longer without tying up lots of money in a thai bank. Do you have any suggestions on this? Thanks! 🙏
Good information Jonny. I just met your girlfriend Som at the gym today. I am planning to move to Thailand from USA but concerned about new Thailand Tax law. Maybe you can make video about it. Thanks, Greg
Jonny, the first house says use Facebook link, and the Facebook sends you back to the video - so not sure anyone will be able to get any details - very Thai system though!
Plenty of room to grow some plants, if the power is available. Supply the local shops with some exotic icky sticky. 3 months in flower, 2 weeks dry, 2 weeks cure. Crank it out
Good to see a report of the new kebab place, but the price - wow! I'll stick to buying from the lady in Bluport. What I miss about UK kebabs, apart from the fact none that I used sold processed meat like the 'beef' here - it really should be lamb - but that's too pricey here, is the sauce. A good home made chilli sauce is what makes and breaks a really good kebab, and here, it's just the standard stuff available anywhere.
Johnny do you need a car for this spot very nice and reasonable. If so can you lease one there for a year or 6 months. Does a US driver license okay there.
In this area, do people prefer to live on the beach, or hills , in estates such as these? Also, looks like you don’t really have any experience in handling the 12’. Maybe in future cut it in half or even in 3, so you can manage it. Cheers from Melbourne 😜
