- This is a Tex-Mex waltz recorded in 1929 I got from the album "Norteño & Tejano Accordion Pioneers, Mexican-American Border Music Vol. III." According to the book "Tejano Proud": "R. de León and L. Villalobos made the first conjunto recroding in 1929, a vals called 'A Palerno.'"
