    So much to see in this video, I loved it. Despite already familiar with some of the history, it is fun to hear (and see in Lego) this short rundown of viking history, especially as it pertains to the british isles. The only minor thing I spotted was having the greek style shields on the sides of the viking boats. I know they look cool but that is some artistic freedom I probably would skip. I know shields are relatively expensive parts, but having 6-10 shields on such a boat is an investment I was willing to make, as the Viking figures can just use those as they move off the ship. (which is accurate)
    Now this putting shield on the sides of boats was more important when Vikings traversed rivers, to protect them from unexpected ranged attacks from the shoreline, but it also looks cool and very distinct.
    Thanks for the fun video and narration!

    • @KommanderKaren
      @KommanderKaren  Месяц назад +1

      @pinobluevogel6458 thank you for watching! I do actually have 3 of the viking shields so I should have put them on just one side and hidden the other from view!
      It is definitely "vikings from England's point of view"

      @@KommanderKaren Yea I noticed it was England's perspective. It is an interesting perspective for sure, if you have played the boardgame Britannia that shows how much foreign invasion was common during the entire history.
