Bott Smartvan Racking Mod3 in L1H2 Transit Custom

Please join us as we install the latest Bott Smartvan Racking.
We last installed racking in September 2019 into the Transit Connect, this time we install it into a 2017 L1H2 Transit Custom.

I ended up removing the load through flap on my custom with the bott racking just have to drill out the rivets on the hinge 😂. Just bought a L2 custom will be ordering new bott stuff this week 👌 I always put a double full false floor in the van. Bottom one houses a set of 5 tread werners and a set of a Zarges 3 ways the second shallower one about 75mm allows you to still use the full load through 🤟

Easier and cheaper to build in ply and source your own systainers.

Each to their own I guess. I think ply looks shit and you know you’re gonna get splinters with it over time. It’s also not crash tested unlike the Bott racking.
