    If I may comment, I love the videos. Personally, I only use straps on poles when skiing. I have found that I tend to break poles when I fall or if they get stuck if I'm strapped in. I never adjust my trekking poles to the ups and downs of the terrain. The grips I have allow you to grip them differently depending on terrain; much easier for me to do when I'm not using straps.

      Thanks! This is shot on the DJI Action 4. It performed great the entire trip. Great battery life and no issues.

    You’re holding the trekking poles wrong. But I’m sure it’s too late for you to take advantage of looking up the correct way.

      Hands come up thru the straps, instead of down through them.
      Always carry your rain gear on the outside of your bag.
