    Das war die "Schere". Es fehlt eine ganze Reihe von Side Kicks for Beginners, especially "Up and Down".
    Very important for tighs and hops.
    The Sissor is more to be sure, your Powerhouse is strong, and your Balance as well.

      @@PilatesAnytime aahh ok thanks, I will do that, and I think bringing the bottom leg forwards a bit helps.
