I just got my Segway GT2 and a full face helmet and I’m now I’m sort of just expecting this kind of treatment from others. I don’t plan to go very fast very often, but hey-some folks use bicycles primarily for exercise and think that the bicycle paths and trails belong to them, while others use them for the purpose of an alternative means of commuting. The most important thing to me is that all people using these paths respect the rules and act with safety in mind.
Exactly, it's nobody's business if you're riding an ebike or acoustic bike. Not everybody is riding for exercise. And so long as everyone is being safe and following the written [and unwritten] rules of the trails/paths, all is good.
I never thought of the effect a helmet could have. That makes a lot of sense. I think the key is to not ride like a jerk around pedestrians. The slower moving always have the right of way and if you're on a walking/cycling trail, you shouldn't have to worry about someone flying past you at 30+ mph. As a MTB/road cyclist who owns an electic scooter that can do 40+ mph , I have mixed feelings on these kinds of "bikes" that get away with calling it an ebike simply by slapping a useless single speed drivetrain on it. These kinds of vehicles WILL be regulated at some point and the more people use bike paths like roads, the harder the regulations will hit all of us.
Really cool looking bike! Thanks for the look and review! It would be really useful to hear the MSRP price of the PEV’s you guys test, because knowing the cost provides context for the entire review. Without knowing the cost, it’s really difficult to weigh the pros and cons.

hello Can you please tell me what is the best affordable Folding E-bike to ran & Ride . I was thinking of the Lectric XPremium eBikes is it a great e-bike please let me know thank you .
i have it arrived with issues and all kinds of errors it was barley usable for weeks. the company was nice to send me a new motor wheel and later on offered me a refund and let me keep the bike
Looks great, but this bike screams steal me. As a bicycle commuter who locks their bike up outside daily I keep mine nice and dirty and unappealing. I see the flashier stuff disappear in my town. But if I were not in the highest crime, lowest income zip code in the state of FL I would definitely try something like this.
Why is it so difficult to make an electric bike that goes at least 40 mph? Most high end scooters go 40+ mph while e-bikes can barely get up to 35 mph. Until they make an affordable e-bike that goes at least 40 mph then I'll stick with my electric scooter.
@freshlycharged I'm going to do a video about it soon . If people built it like my last scooter. It would make frames practically unbreakable, and so much superior! I keep trying to break it, but no dice yet ! Real world testing . Anyone who sees it is impressed . I'll explain it soon bro. I'm sure lots will take the idea . It's the first thing I'd do if I bought a frame I wanted to keep!
That bike is bulky and obtuse in all the wrong spots. Looks like a modern art project gone awry. I imagine owners of this bike smell really, really strongly of patchouli oil.
lol, I feel like the people who love patchouli oil are stuck in the 70’s and 80’s not the future. It is definitely an odd shape and not really designed for pedaling. It’s more of a throttle only Ebike.

Already got 500 km on it and still going strong in Fremont MI. Love my AsyncA1 ,low maintenance and casual riding at its best.
