I believe that the secondaries get the same improved accuracy as Schlieffen in addition to 59mm pen. Normal secondary DPM is 20% less than Schlieffen, with F key is 20% more than Schlieffen. Acceleration is nearly 3x faster than Schlieffen. Also the most dented part is Schlieffen with IFHE only pens 32/47 (105mm/150mm) and this has 51mm armor. This means Libertad pens Schlieffen with its 59mm pen everywhere but can't be penned by Schlieffen except in bow/superstructure. This means 1v1 if the torp tubes get blown up by the dented HE or torps miss (Libertad has better maneuverability than some cruisers), Libertad wins every time. The temporary 15km secondaries are just a bonus, this thing already power creeps Schlieffen hard. Edit: Base secondary DPM is higher than Hannover, Pen is higher, and F key is better despite being a "T10". Hannover: +12% Range -20% Reload Time Libertad: +20% Range -20% Reload Time +30% Damage
Perfect summary, only thing that I may add is that schliefen eats more damage into superstructure so you generally eat more damage before brawling and while brawling against basically all ships
I think this marks the point of bb players literally having to have an auto cruiser bolted onto their ship to play the game for them so they don't have to go 3 div, also feel like this ship has earned its nickname the quickest out of all I have seen in recent times kek (didn't know it pens 59 tho). Schlieffen payed all of its bb tankiness, there are not only a few cruisers that easily rak up more pot dmg than schlieffen does, that balances it, it wins every one vs one (before Libertad release) but it dies very fast in focus, also it has grand dads acceleration. Libertad looses all disadvantages but keeps all the advantages only loosing hydro which it doesnt need for the most part and it looses torps that are very strong in the right situation but not all that often useful plus they are blacked extremely fast.
most fun fact about this ship is: If you shoot the ship your team will die faster because of the pot damage that gives you f skill. i really wonder in which way they are going to nerf the ship as there are multiple approaches they could take. also the question is when. in 6 month or in one year?
earliest a few weeks after the release of the line, people spent 160 bucks or more now on it so we need to keep the pay to win through AI gunners character of the ship

CVs always counter you and this thing has a hard time vs torp boats like any BB really. Hydro or not BBs lately are so busted that only torps can really end your game.
I reinstalled the game after 1,5 years after quitting when subs were released into ranked, and am honestly considering just deleting the game off my harddrive again. I used to main DDs but later went into CLs for the challenge of it, but currently I am just wondering why I should even bother. Sure I can occasionally get into some really great positions and influence the game, but with subs and the hilariously OP BBs that get released these days, more often than not I just get completely sh*t on in randoms unless I play with a competent div mate (and sometimes even then also). Its so blatantly obvious that WG caters massively to the sh*tter BB mains that infest this game, people who are too bad to understand why they dont get great results, but see it as their god damn birthright to devstrike cruisers on demand while being tanky as all hell while they 4xW their way to glory. I absolutely hate the casual average player (usually a BB main) and WGs greedy catering to that sh*tter crowd. Its technically a good game, but ruined by cheap short term greed incentives to get the horrible average players to dump money into their pockets.
the perfect summary, I really dont know how new players or casual players still have fun in DDs and Cruisers, the level at which you have to understand the game in those classes to not fuck up and constandly impact the game is insane compared to this shitstick automated AI gunner BB or the overmatch range clickers or the HE spam BBs that are better at DPMing other BBs with HE than actual cruisers whos role it is to bring HE DPM

Got like an easy 62% WR in it solo, and back then I was a pretty bad player. But that thing never penned BBs and has atrocious main guns, while his thing is a hell of a lot stronger in that it does everything old massa did, but better. Also speaking about the maneuverability, yesterday I tried torping a whitelining Libertad ape twice in my Svea (once wide spread, the second set narrow spread), and that ape managed to dodge both sets upon spotting them and take a total of 0(!) torp hits. Svea torps are 86 knot base, and no white lining BB (he was pretty much flat to my torp angle) should ever be able to dodge that. Speaking of Svea, do you have it, and is there a video coming up on it? 🙂 I think that thing is sort of busted as well, currently I have 68% solo WR in it, and 7th overall on the leaderboard. This is not meant as a brag, because while I am a decent player, I am not that good that I should be racking up DD levels of super unicum solo winrates in a CL. Personally I think its busted as well, (but for way different reasons that Libertad), but I'd love to hear your input on it!

I think nah no need to speedboost, he is like 8km away, Ill pick up speed and outrun him because he is REVERSING. THIS MF LIBERTAD LITERALLY CATCHES UP TO ME IN REVERSE DOING 30+ KNOTS AND KILLS ME INSTANTLY FROM 10K. HOW FAST DOES THE LIB REVERSE?
he reverses like any other ship let it be 15knts the issue is ragnar is fat and slow and 8km away from libertad you are if spotted in a fat DD, your misplays is being closer than like 12,5km spotted and no speedboost, cool ship no ?
