This is fantastic of course. However, I completed my application process and no one will follow up with me to tender me an offer and get me enrolled. And it took me a year to get here. I am literally qualified by the military and am still in the dark. Would love if someone reached out.
RCN can improve this 1 year experience. Imagine them practicing with live ammo off of the fore deck of an Orca vessel, it's. 50 BMG Browning? Or breaches' bouy between MS Asterix and a City class frigate??
Im glad to see it advancing, I have my trepidations, this program is meant for young overachivers who peak early, I suspect many of them will relaease once there time is up, I cant see many going on to become officers or NCM's
