    How do I determine if the fender is low or the hood is high?

      You should compare them with the other side. Typically you can see if one side is off. I can "feel " it by hand as well. Laying a flexible straight edge like the aluminum yardstick will help visualize the problem. Thanks for watching and your comment. I hope some of my videos are helpful to others.
