Are WAY more athletic than you are- don't kid yourself you can't achieve their speed, vertical, broad jump. And let's not even mention playing on the field like they can

They must've been going for a high number of reps. There were guys on my highschool team squatting more than that and they weren't built nearly as big as those guys.
Well idk id just figure knowing theyve been in a division 1 program for a few years now theyd be very accustomed to squatting not much over their bodyweight. Lol
