Wow, I have 1000's many complete sets from the 1970' into the 1980s. Topps, Upper Decks, Fleer Ultra's, Donruss. I have all of these in prestine condition. I bought 2 large boxes of these over 25 years ago in an estate sale. I need to get mine appraised, but I have well over 1000 cards. I think the guy that died only collected the valuable cards. I have no clue about baseball cards. I have Nolan Ryan rookies, Frank Thompson Wade Boggs, Bary Bonds Topps, Fleer, and so many to list.
how do you tell the difference between regular topps, topps traded, and topps tiffany? i usually just stick with the sport i like which is football but i recently was given a bunch of older baseball cards 80's to early 90's, your videos are a big help
@johngeraghty2757 they do, Tiffany came on a thicker card stock with a glossy front and the back will be a lighter color than the regular counterparts. They were only distributed in set form as well.
Topps Tiffany also only ran from 1984 to 1991. Something else to watch for is the 1989 Fleer Glossy, 1989 Bowman Tiffany and 1988 Score Glossy. O-Pee-Chee is another brand to look for, which was only printed in Canada, but it's assumed they were printed in much smaller quantities.
You couldn't buy Tiffany's. They were produced for Dealers, Auctioneers, Employees etc. Made in Ireland on special paper with production of 5k boxes. Slowly been introduced to public.
You will be able to tell the differnce the tiffanys usually have a nice gloss finish on the front and way nicer quality so you will know if you have a tiffany
I don't understand why anybody spends money on cards for less than $15 that are PSA??? I Don't like any of these guys that much... Just to "Have their stuff" ...I collect for value, what do you collect for?
Another outstanding video
The color of the back of the card the regular tops will have a cardboard colar and usually the tiffany will be white or orange depending on the yr

The Topps traded have a “T” in the card number. The Topps Tiffany have a glossy back of the card.
@@pfeiffdog0811 does the regular Topps and Tiffany cards have the same numbers ? I assume yes but...

Question ? How do I distinguish between a regular Topps card and a Tiffany card ?
The Tiffany were on thicker stock. Have a glossy finish on the front and the backs see typically a lighter color.
Another excellent presentation. Thank you!
could you do a non tiffany top 25?
I bought the Deion Sanders Donruss
Awwe.... the Leaf Maddux rc always makes me think of the ORIGINAL JWI... boo AND hiss!
How much does the Classic Griff RC sell for in a 10?

Please delete tiffany cards from future Broadcast sense less than five percent of all collectors care about tiffany cards
I completely agree
I had a chance to dnag a raw Clemens Pink dot ERROR RC for $100 once... wish i would have!!!
Printing errors typically don't bring any premium and there's no recognized error for his rookies
@richardbianco9674 yes, the Pink dot is a recognized Clemens error... and it brings a premium.
