Ill give you a few tips 1. Military spending!! So many players dont do this and its so good if you do this you will be able to destroy noobs 2. Doctrines dont forget these they are really good! 3. Dont forget to research military stuff late game 4. Attackers are REALLY good, they can destroy troops, remove destroyers, frigs and possibly aircraft carriers, I havent tested on those as much tho so dont quote me on that! Also many people dont know that attackers can destroy troops on water, not entirely like boats but you can tranform those troops to 1-5k troops after just a few secounds, and then have some troops guarding the ports to sweep up the rest. 5. Speaking of troops on water getting transported, they take much more damage to normal troops on land too so if your getting naval invaded guard all places they can come up on! 6. dont forget to get good generals, it can help out alot!! 7. watching ron youtubers helps alot, I learnt 90% of this stuff from yuo monkey 8. You can practice by joining nations that always gets attacked in the beggining such as, Portugal, Ukraine, Poland and Mongolia and joining in on wars against players, dont be scared to join the worst that can happen is that you lose your country, but you will atleast learn something :D Theres also guides out there that can help alot! Hopes this helps! :D
i have question for all players of rise do you also have lags (ping ingame even if had best internet) because i heard like years ago that game is in phyton and thats why its lagging in some point is that true or i can do something so the ping wont be 1000-1300
