Went to Nieman's about a week ago and was smelling some Clive Christian fragrances. These videos and having conversations from my brother have been helpful. RIP KS

Hi Darian - well said mate. A fragrance gets the ball rolling insofar as a guy getting noticed by a lady, if a lady says you smell nice - a fragrance is a good convastion stater. Also a good fragrance is the cherry on the top. As long as the guy is put together nicely - he's in and will be noticed by the ladies.
Hey Darian thanks for highlighting one of my favorite secret weapons, L’Envol de Cartier EDP. I fell in love at first sniff when it was first released in 2016 at a duty free shop at Heathrow Airport. I have let go since and it has not let me down. I am incredibly curious about the house of Harmonist. Fire content as always, providing great content and classy recommendations. Love the history/scientific lesson

Interesting that you mentioned Creed Aventus and musk. Did you know that Creed Aventus actually has a special musk that it only has ? At least when it was released. It’s called a captive oil. There are no patents in the world of perfumery. But some oil companies sometimes can have something called captives, which are oils only they can use but only for a certain number of years. When Olivier Creed came to the perfumer who made Aventus Jean Herault. He asked him to build around this excellent musk he had, and Herault built on his mentor’s ‘Pierre Bourdon’ years experimentation with the pineapple note and we got Aventus.

Ya know aventus has its nay sayers these days but I’ll always love it and back it up, it just smells damn good plain and simple. Something about that pineapple smokiness and vanilla is crazy good
@@southflcc we hate aventus, because the dumbass brand creed can’t make 1 batch the same. And after 2016 aventus went trom king to peasant. They lowered the ml in a full bottle( from 120ml to 100ml) they lowered the quality if the ingredients and removed even ingredients that where expensive to buy. Not only this they also increased the price to a level of “ who the fuck do they think they are” and as a bonus they are exposed for lying about their history.

Fragrances, since the 7th grade, has ALWAYS ALWAYS and STILL is a conversation ice-breaker w/females and some males for me. I will always be a fragrance cognoscenti and the ladies love when I come close, as a gentleman. ;)

My favorite is Bravo Sierra citrus and cedarwood. The second is DC Marine. Third, Drakkar Noire. Yes, I am weird. My favorite natural scent is mimosa flowers. They don't make perfume that is scented mimosa flowers but I have a mimosa tree in my yard.

L'envol is the 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Love it. Need a bottle hopefully by year end. Until then, a bigger sample is needed. I've smelt Percival before and it is a higher quality and smoother version of Fierce. For that same dna, I'd go with the middle ground, which is Mont Blanc Legend.
Initio has some fire that I eventually want. Musk Therapy for sho. Also, Atomic Rose and Side Effect. THat harmonist line got me curious.
Killer vid. And yes, it is the start of all great things. Whether one is a smooth talker or not. Once one puts themselves together, then the scent enhances the chance of conversation. If they know you, then action in some way... Could be as simple as checking you out quietly (like me recently in an elevator at my new job with The Fatale Rose on, a shawty be quietly observing) or like in the story I mentioned in a prev vid abt the boob hugs I got in high school over a decade ago.
Mont Blanc Legend is not middle ground it’s cheaper than Fierce and not as nice as Fierce or Percival. I’d say it’s at the bottom.

Hello I would like to know is it the parfum version or edp version of Harmonist yin transformation you are referring to ? Thanks
From the Harmonist website it appears both bottles are the same but the Parfum is a lighter blue, which seems to be the one in the video. The EDP is a more brighter/saturated blue. I know some older bottles actually said "Parfum," mine does. Wish they kept it that way, it makes it kinda confusing. I think the parfums in general are rated more highly.
I own hypnotizing fire and I wore it in a botanical garden and let me tell you, the environment mixed with the floral notes made it an outdoor beast in the heat... I don't get the by the fireplace vibe at all though

I love Initio Musk Therapy, top 10 for life. I also love Yin T I have the parfum extrait. Maybe men don't like those types of fragrances on women because I have gotten zero compliments from men.
