    I am so happy to finally find a hexagon quilt pattern that I can machine sew. I didn’t want to use the paper or hand sew. Thank you so much.

    I have a hand work group (no machines allowed😁😁) that meets same day but a week after my quilt guild and I’m always looking for something new/different to teach them. This project looks like a good one for them - maybe using the smaller hexagon templates for a beginner/sampler project to see if they like it (I sure did!)! I’ll be purchasing that hexagon set you have on your website along with a few other items I saw and wanted!!! Thank you for a really nice project!

    This is very nice indeed.
    But for quilt I know is going to be used and washed a lot, probably I would do a zigzag stitch between the hexagon for a much stronger join.
    What do you think of that idea ?

    • @PQWQuilting
      @PQWQuilting  6 месяцев назад

      That's a great idea! I'd suggest using MonoPoly thread for the zig zag stitch so it is invisible.

    I have started shortening my stitch length to around .7 on my Bernina instead of backstitching at the beginning and end of my seams.

      @@PQWQuilting The fixed price shipping specifies that it excludes the 3 in one boards and that the 3 in one boards Do Not Ship Internationally. I too would like to know what type of sandpaper you use as I can't buy your boards here in Canada. I wish I could.

      @PQWQuilting  3 месяца назад

      We are very proud that our templates are all made in Australia with quality materials, so we aren't able to match the low prices of knock off companies. $46 is the price in Australia Dollars, so if you are located in the US, the price is currently closer to $30 USD.
