Hello BROTHER HECTOR🐉✌🏻 brother Charles🐉✌🏻 ⭐️super episode⭐️ I think the both of you I remember the first time I saw Bruce Lee the lost interview I purchased it from the Sun Coast motion picture store that was real popular throughout the mid-1980s and 1990s unfortunately sometime around 2010 they closed all them down. Their locations were in almost every mall around but anyhow I purchased the lost interview from their back in 1996 that was the first time I saw it, and ever knew about it and of course yes I rushed home. Popped it in the VHS player and it became a very big favorite of mine. I’ve watched it many of times with my grandmother🌹I was living with her for half my life at the time I first viewed it and also for the John little books oh, yesss expressing the human body was the very first book I bought out of all the John little ones after that the warrior within what is the next one and for Bruce Lee a warriors journey oh yes, yes, yes how could I ever forget viewing that for the first time I had just met my wife🌹we were together for a couple years already when that DVD came out, I remember watching it to gather with her in our very first apartment we lived in man oh man I’ll tell you, my brothers. It completely blew my mind.🤩 seeing the unreleased footage from the pagoda I sat on the couch with the volume on the TV set extremely loud and did not say one word until after it was over and then I talk to my wife for probably about a half hour straight about the unseen footage and yeah so of course I must’ve watched it at least two more times that same day😆 but anyhow, thanks again my brothers God bless and keep yourselves safe out there as usual🙏🏻🌟❤️🐉✌🏻

I love all John Little books on Bruce . My all time favorite is , The Warrior Within . My orginal I gave to my cousin when he was down in life . My second I gave to my friend that was a black belt when he moved. Third one I gave to my son when he moved out . My question is , is "The Warrior Within" still in print ? I can not find the book anywhere . I would finally love to have one in my collection again . (I had the orginal white one . Not sure if the 2nd print with gold and black I see is the same one .)

In Spain, A warrior´s journey was included as extra DVD in a special edition of Enter the Dragon... I still today can remember how that documentary and specially all The Game of Death footage blew my mind

This was a great episode!! John Little has to be one of the most important people in terms of giving the fans the insight to the real Bruce Lee. I remember when I first watched warriors journey when it came on TV over here in the UK. I just thought I was going to be watching another Bruce Lee documentary about his life, but when they showed all that Game of Death lost footage and explained the true story Bruce intended, I was blown away!! I saw an early cut of A Warrior's Journey in September 2000 at the Jury's Inn hotel in Belfast. We watched it in the hotel dining room from a VHS tape on an old 4:3 TV. Present were John Little, James Bishop, Andy Kimura, Martin O'Neill, one of Martin's students and myself. That version was slightly different to the one shown at the public screenings.

Another simpLee wonderful episode as usual guys. You guys always exude that positive, happy and uplifting spirit that made Bruce so relatable the world 🌎 over. So I just want to stop 🛑... and thank you both for being such great people. Now I held another Bruce Lee seance this morning 😳, and Bruce informed me 😄 that if you pay close attention to his G.O.D. outfit, you'll find that it comes of in certain prints (like the cardboard cutout behind Mistah Introspektah Hectah 😃 ) as more goldish than yellow. The pinkish light scheme in the Hapkido fight seemed to bring it out more. This goldish tone, coupled with the black stripes is very much like a Tiger's skin 🐅. He even left us a clue by having the a Tiger 🐯 skin rug at the foot the Escrima master's throne. I feeel that Bruce (who also had a photo of a Tiger's head behind his office desk) was also representing the essence or spirit of that animal, not the style. That's just what I gather. Keep up the great work my Mellow Fellows and may your waters continue to flow. Peace ✌️😎👍 and goodwill. 🐯🐲🌊🐉🐅☯️

Great episode as always guys. Game of Death will always be surrounded in mystery because it was incomplete. Your thoughts on the origins of the yellow jumpsuit are interesting. My own thoughts are that maybe as Bruce’s character was to be known as the yellow-faced tiger (I think I heard that somewhere), the jumpsuit was always going to be yellow and black and it was just which way the colours were that was in issue. I can imagine that early screen tests determined yellow was the way to go, even if it was the extreme option (only Bruce can carry that jumpsuit off). Have you guys got any more info on Alan Canvan’s GoD Redux 2.0? It will hopefully be released this year, showing there’s plenty more life in Game of Death!

Hello Guys nice show today... I want to say something about the yellow tracksuit. Bruce was a dragon but also he looked over the power of tigers. So somewhere in the road of information I saw a quote talking about the color of the tracksuit. It relate to the color of tiger but having only one stripe. But if they said that was to show the foot of Kareem, then that is unbeatable. My 2 cents.

I believe it was Bey that found the footage first. I read about it in either Martial Arts Illustrated or Combat magazine. Also I saw 'Bruce Lee In G.O.D' which not only has the rare footage of Bruce in Game of Death but Bey does Bruce's voice. I remember Bey doing a live chat not long after I saw it and we talked about Bruce Lee in G.O.D and I said to him "you do a good impersonation of Bruce" and he said "how do you know?" And I said "because you did Bruce's voice in G.O.D" and he said "how did you know it was me?" And I replied "even though you do a good impersonation, I could still hear Bey Logan" and he said "you got me!". 🤣 As for A Warriors Journey, I didn't hear or see anything about that movie 'til about a year later.

@@Urbankungfu61 I either saw that or read can't remember as well and I just chalked it up to too many years gone by and his memory failed him a bit -or- perhaps wardrobe recommend to Bruce flipping the colors after hearing Bruce complain a bit and Bruce gave the thumbs up. In any case it was Bruce decision totally as to what he was going to be wearing on set since aside from acting in it he was the decision maker as the Director. Hi Thomas. Here is a link to an old video of the World of Bruce Lee owned by Norman Bourine. Hi Charles :). Since you did this video here about Little. Something to add: I give you Little's account from a new podcast about the subject Lee vs Muhammad Ali. He wrote that chapter for his Wrath of the Dragon book, but in the end took it out since it was not about a sparring or fight, only about rumors. Here: „The first time the notion of what would have happened had Bruce Lee duked it out with Muhammad Ali appeared in Linda [Lee-Cadwell]s first book, entitled „The Life and tragic Death of Bruce Lee“, published in England in 1975. In that book Linda presented the following statement: „One critic wrote those who watched him would bet on Lee to render Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) sensless if they were put in a room and told that anything goes.“ It’s true that Linda is quoting a reporter’s opinion in this passage, but 76 pages later in that same book, Linda writes, not quoting anybody, „it has often being argued that if Bruce were locked in a room with Muhammad, and both were allowed to fight in their usual styles, then Bruce was bound to have been the winner.“ Both of these two statements make the same point. That Bruce Lee would have defeated Muhammad Ali had they fought for real. Linda didnt need to include these two sentiments in her book, but the fact remains that she did. The question is if Lee didnt believe this to be the case, then why did she seek out the first quote above and then add a second one of her own? After all, Linda s book has no shortage of praise for martial artists of every stripe and discipline, each thestifying to her late husband’s martial prowess, and she could have left it at that. Clearly the reporter s quote appeard in Linda s book for a reason, and the reason was as her seconding of the reporer sentiment indicates that she, as the representative of Bruce Lee, concurred with the opinion he expressed. But what did Bruce Lee himself said about the matter? Did anyone get a quote directly from him? One man attemted, the Hong Kong journalist John Hardy, who in November 1971 interviewed Lee in an article for the Hong Kong Star Newspaper. Hardy: „How did he fancy himself in the ring against Cassius Clay? Said Mr Lee: Lee: „If you put on a glove, you are dealing with rules. You must now the rules to survive. But in the street you have more tools in your favor, the kick, the throw, the punch.“ Lee clearly had no interest in fighting Ali in a boxing ring, as that would have required him to leave the majority of his weapons behind. His answer suggests that in the street, the advantave and thus the chances of winning, would fall to the man who brought the most weapons to the fight. As Lee with an arsenal of kicks, throws and punches, would have had more weapons than Ali, who only had his two fists. The reader is free to connect the dots here. As this quote of Lee was published two years prior to his death, and there is no eveidence, such as a letter to the editor to suggest that he believed he was misquoted in the matter, then this quote can stand as indicating Lee s opinion on how he believed he would have fared against Ali. It is also, and this is imprtant to note, the only quote attributed to Lee on the matter [him fighting Ali] that was published during his lifetime. (all others, like „my small chinese hands, Ali would kill me“ by Robert Clouse, or Bolo Yeung, or John Saxon, were published after his death). And then there was an other fellow named Bob Bremer, who was one of Lee’s students, who said: Bremer: „Yes I heard it from Bruce’s own mouth“. Lee: „If we were in the street, i would beat the cr..ap out of him [Ali]. But in the ring, not so good.“ Bremer: „He [Bruce] believed it, and i believed it.“ Little: „I do know that he had gone out for dinner with Senator John Tunney, who was the son Gene Tunney, who defeated Jack Dempsey, the famous long count fight, heavyweight championship fight. And John Tunney asked Bruce: „You know what do you think of my dad? You know anything about my dad Gene Tunney? And Bruce said: „Yeah. I dont just know him, i have two books about him.“ John Tunney: „Cool. How do you think you would have done against my dad?“ Lee: „Well, if i stood there and he hit me, forget it. But the question is could he ever get close to me?“ John Tunney: „So you think you could beat him?“ Lee: „To tell you the truth, i could beat anyone in the world [in a street fight].“ Little: „Ali was big and and strong, and Bruce was smart enough to recognize that if you went into Ali s backyard, a boxing ring, and there were rules, he would be a smudge. But on the street it’s something else. Here is an other interesting thing that speaks to that for anyone who says: „Well, Ali in the street would have done something to Lee.“: Ali studied a little bit Taekwondo for a short time under Jhoongoo „Jhoon“ Rhee, and Jhoon was a friend of Bruce. And Jhoon often said: Rhee: „Sparring Bruce was a waste of time, because he couldnt get out of the first gear, and Bruce taught me this punch, which was so fast and so direct, that I couldnt, there is nothing i couldnt get out of the way of it, I couldnt bock it, and I asked him to show it to me and he did. And i shared it with Ali, and it was called „the accu punch“ Ali called it.“ Little: „And Jhoon Rhee said the same, Ali couldnt block it, and Rhee was able to hit Ali with it, and Ali was so impressed with it, that he used it in one of his fights (against Richard Dunn), and i think he knocked the guy out with it. But here is the thing: Jhoon Rhee was not as fast as Bruce Lee, he did not hit as hard as Bruce Lee, and he was able to hit Muhammad Ali. So could Bruce have hit Ali? Yes. Could he have hit harder as Jhoon Rhee? Yes. Was Bruce s technique in a real fight to bob and weave and throw jabs? No. It was to go for the eyes or the throat, or the lead shin. And if you take someone s eyes away, I mean Bruce‘ s closing speed was insane. He practised finger jabs like eye jabs repeatedly, like thousnds of repetitions, to geht the neural muscular pathways down, so he could do it effortlessly. So yeah, in a boxing ring, Ali all day. In the street, i think Lee is the favorite. PS: And this is from me (Chris): Of course the final line is J. Little s opinion. Nobody has to agree. But as you can read in the complete text, during Lee's lifetime, he only spoke one time about this subject in front of a journalist, and this was in November 1971. All these claims later by Robert Clouse, Bolo Yeung, John Saxon etc., among the quotes is the famous "look my small hands, Ali would kill me", were published after Lee was gone. Hey there. How about this with regard to the yellow tracksuit story. I saw the Andre Morgan doc too about this. I didn't buy that story either but i have a different take on it. Can we remember the story from Van Williams when Bruce Lee played Kato in the Green Hornet and he wasn't satisfied with the fight scenes and wanted to do it himself given the chance? Ok they let him do it and well long story short it was ridiculous and it was like a special effect. BUT... because of the black suit Bruce wore it didn't really showcase his moves correctly. So... i thought of that particular incident with regard to that story of the two suits. It would not really show his technique in the fights and for that choose the yellow one. Peace!

There was a 2000 dvd release called Bruce Lee in G.O.D which had bey logan attatched to it,there's a couple of slight differences including some extra dialogue and music.and kareem's eyes were different too (snake like) as opposed to the red ones in warriors journey.

Loved it. Not just one collectable book signed by John but loads. And the sneakers too. Top notch stuff there. Charles did you know that John used to write articles for body building magazines? His book Expressing the Human Body is the absolute best on Bruce's training methods. I've just been using the training routine that Franco Columbu put Stallone on for Rambo 2 💪. Its such a simple plan but so well put together. I was there that day in Seattle when John showed the portion of "The Warrior Journey" and I remember telling John that watching that was like seeing an old friend you haven't seen in years.

Hello BROTHER HECTOR🐉✌🏻 brother Charles🐉✌🏻 ⭐️super episode⭐️ I think the both of you I remember the first time I saw Bruce Lee the lost interview I purchased it from the Sun Coast motion picture store that was real popular throughout the mid-1980s and 1990s unfortunately sometime around 2010 they closed all them down. Their locations were in almost every mall around but anyhow I purchased the lost interview from their back in 1996 that was the first time I saw it, and ever knew about it and of course yes I rushed home. Popped it in the VHS player and it became a very big favorite of mine. I’ve watched it many of times with my grandmother🌹I was living with her for half my life at the time I first viewed it and also for the John little books oh, yesss expressing the human body was the very first book I bought out of all the John little ones after that the warrior within what is the next one and for Bruce Lee a warriors journey oh yes, yes, yes how could I ever forget viewing that for the first time I had just met my wife🌹we were together for a couple years already when that DVD came out, I remember watching it to gather with her in our very first apartment we lived in man oh man I’ll tell you, my brothers. It completely blew my mind.🤩 seeing the unreleased footage from the pagoda I sat on the couch with the volume on the TV set extremely loud and did not say one word until after it was over and then I talk to my wife for probably about a half hour straight about the unseen footage and yeah so of course I must’ve watched it at least two more times that same day😆 but anyhow, thanks again my brothers God bless and keep yourselves safe out there as usual🙏🏻🌟❤️🐉✌🏻

I love all John Little books on Bruce . My all time favorite is , The Warrior Within . My orginal I gave to my cousin when he was down in life . My second I gave to my friend that was a black belt when he moved. Third one I gave to my son when he moved out .
My question is , is "The Warrior Within" still in print ? I can not find the book anywhere . I would finally love to have one in my collection again . (I had the orginal white one . Not sure if the 2nd print with gold and black I see is the same one .)

It is beautiful song and it does sound like a Gospel Song. I was thinking today I have been blessed by God to have met Sonny Chiba, Angela Mao, Don Wilson, Cynthia Rothrock, Ron Van Clief, Vincent Lyn to name a few. This was a great episode!! John Little has to be one of the most important people in terms of giving the fans the insight to the real Bruce Lee. I remember when I first watched warriors journey when it came on TV over here in the UK. I just thought I was going to be watching another Bruce Lee documentary about his life, but when they showed all that Game of Death lost footage and explained the true story Bruce intended, I was blown away!!

I saw an early cut of A Warrior's Journey in September 2000 at the Jury's Inn hotel in Belfast. We watched it in the hotel dining room from a VHS tape on an old 4:3 TV. Present were John Little, James Bishop, Andy Kimura, Martin O'Neill, one of Martin's students and myself. That version was slightly different to the one shown at the public screenings.

Another simpLee wonderful episode as usual guys. You guys always exude that positive, happy and uplifting spirit that made Bruce so relatable the world 🌎 over. So I just want to stop 🛑... and thank you both for being such great people.
Now I held another Bruce Lee seance this morning 😳, and Bruce informed me 😄 that if you pay close attention to his G.O.D. outfit, you'll find that it comes of in certain prints (like the cardboard cutout behind Mistah Introspektah Hectah 😃 ) as more goldish than yellow. The pinkish light scheme in the Hapkido fight seemed to bring it out more. This goldish tone, coupled with the black stripes is very much like a Tiger's skin 🐅. He even left us a clue by having the a Tiger 🐯 skin rug at the foot the Escrima master's throne. I feeel that Bruce (who also had a photo of a Tiger's head behind his office desk) was also representing the essence or spirit of that animal, not the style.
That's just what I gather.

Great episode as always guys. Game of Death will always be surrounded in mystery because it was incomplete. Your thoughts on the origins of the yellow jumpsuit are interesting. My own thoughts are that maybe as Bruce’s character was to be known as the yellow-faced tiger (I think I heard that somewhere), the jumpsuit was always going to be yellow and black and it was just which way the colours were that was in issue. I can imagine that early screen tests determined yellow was the way to go, even if it was the extreme option (only Bruce can carry that jumpsuit off). Have you guys got any more info on Alan Canvan’s GoD Redux 2.0? It will hopefully be released this year, showing there’s plenty more life in Game of Death!

Hello Guys nice show today... I want to say something about the yellow tracksuit. Bruce was a dragon but also he looked over the power of tigers. So somewhere in the road of information I saw a quote talking about the color of the tracksuit. It relate to the color of tiger but having only one stripe. But if they said that was to show the foot of Kareem, then that is unbeatable. My 2 cents.

I believe it was Bey that found the footage first. I read about it in either Martial Arts Illustrated or Combat magazine.
Also I saw 'Bruce Lee In G.O.D' which not only has the rare footage of Bruce in Game of Death but Bey does Bruce's voice. I remember Bey doing a live chat not long after I saw it and we talked about Bruce Lee in G.O.D and I said to him "you do a good impersonation of Bruce" and he said "how do you know?" And I said "because you did Bruce's voice in G.O.D" and he said "how did you know it was me?" And I replied "even though you do a good impersonation, I could still hear Bey Logan" and he said "you got me!". 🤣
As for A Warriors Journey, I didn't hear or see anything about that movie 'til about a year later.

In any case it was Bruce decision totally as to what he was going to be wearing on set since aside from acting in it he was the decision maker as the Director. Hi Thomas. Here is a link to an old video of the World of Bruce Lee owned by Norman Bourine. It shows one of the original jumpsuits wore by Bruce still with Kareem's footprint just visible. ruclips.net/video/U6P9BHjP7wY/видео.html I saw the jumpsuit in person in London back in 1991 when Norman brought some of the things over. Hi Charles :). Since you did this video here about Little. Something to add: I give you Little's account from a new podcast about the subject Lee vs Muhammad Ali. He wrote that chapter for his Wrath of the Dragon book, but in the end took it out since it was not about a sparring or fight, only about rumors. Here:
„The first time the notion of what would have happened had Bruce Lee duked it out with Muhammad Ali appeared in Linda [Lee-Cadwell]s first book, entitled „The Life and tragic Death of Bruce Lee“, published in England in 1975.
In that book Linda presented the following statement:
„One critic wrote those who watched him would bet on Lee to render Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) sensless if they were put in a room and told that anything goes.“
It’s true that Linda is quoting a reporter’s opinion in this passage, but 76 pages later in that same book, Linda writes, not quoting anybody, „it has often being argued that if Bruce were locked in a room with Muhammad, and both were allowed to fight in their usual styles, then Bruce was bound to have been the winner.“
Both of these two statements make the same point. That Bruce Lee would have defeated Muhammad Ali had they fought for real. Linda didnt need to include these two sentiments in her book, but the fact remains that she did.
The question is if Lee didnt believe this to be the case, then why did she seek out the first quote above and then add a second one of her own? After all, Linda s book has no shortage of praise for martial artists of every stripe and discipline, each thestifying to her late husband’s martial prowess, and she could have left it at that.
Clearly the reporter s quote appeard in Linda s book for a reason, and the reason was as her seconding of the reporer sentiment indicates that she, as the representative of Bruce Lee, concurred with the opinion he expressed.
But what did Bruce Lee himself said about the matter?
Did anyone get a quote directly from him? One man attemted, the Hong Kong journalist John Hardy, who in November 1971 interviewed Lee in an article for the Hong Kong Star Newspaper.
Hardy: „How did he fancy himself in the ring against Cassius Clay? Said Mr Lee:
Lee: „If you put on a glove, you are dealing with rules. You must now the rules to survive. But in the street you have more tools in your favor, the kick, the throw, the punch.“
Lee clearly had no interest in fighting Ali in a boxing ring, as that would have required him to leave the majority of his weapons behind. His answer suggests that in the street, the advantave and thus the chances of winning, would fall to the man who brought the most weapons to the fight.
As Lee with an arsenal of kicks, throws and punches, would have had more weapons than Ali, who only had his two fists. The reader is free to connect the dots here.
As this quote of Lee was published two years prior to his death, and there is no eveidence, such as a letter to the editor to suggest that he believed he was misquoted in the matter, then this quote can stand as indicating Lee s opinion on how he believed he would have fared against Ali.
It is also, and this is imprtant to note, the only quote attributed to Lee on the matter [him fighting Ali] that was published during his lifetime. (all others, like „my small chinese hands, Ali would kill me“ by Robert Clouse, or Bolo Yeung, or John Saxon, were published after his death).
And then there was an other fellow named Bob Bremer, who was one of Lee’s students, who said:
Bremer: „Yes I heard it from Bruce’s own mouth“.
Lee: „If we were in the street, i would beat the cr..ap out of him [Ali]. But in the ring, not so good.“
Bremer: „He [Bruce] believed it, and i believed it.“
Little: „I do know that he had gone out for dinner with Senator John Tunney, who was the son Gene Tunney, who defeated Jack Dempsey, the famous long count fight, heavyweight championship fight.
And John Tunney asked Bruce: „You know what do you think of my dad? You know anything about my dad Gene Tunney? And Bruce said: „Yeah. I dont just know him, i have two books about him.“
John Tunney: „Cool. How do you think you would have done against my dad?“
Lee: „Well, if i stood there and he hit me, forget it. But the question is could he ever get close to me?“
John Tunney: „So you think you could beat him?“
Lee: „To tell you the truth, i could beat anyone in the world [in a street fight].“
Little:
„Ali was big and and strong, and Bruce was smart enough to recognize that if you went into Ali s backyard, a boxing ring, and there were rules, he would be a smudge. But on the street it’s something else.
Here is an other interesting thing that speaks to that for anyone who says: „Well, Ali in the street would have done something to Lee.“:
Ali studied a little bit Taekwondo for a short time under Jhoongoo „Jhoon“ Rhee, and Jhoon was a friend of Bruce. And Jhoon often said:
Rhee: „Sparring Bruce was a waste of time, because he couldnt get out of the first gear, and Bruce taught me this punch, which was so fast and so direct, that I couldnt, there is nothing i couldnt get out of the way of it, I couldnt bock it, and I asked him to show it to me and he did. And i shared it with Ali, and it was called „the accu punch“ Ali called it.“
Little:
„And Jhoon Rhee said the same, Ali couldnt block it, and Rhee was able to hit Ali with it, and Ali was so impressed with it, that he used it in one of his fights (against Richard Dunn), and i think he knocked the guy out with it.
But here is the thing:
Jhoon Rhee was not as fast as Bruce Lee, he did not hit as hard as Bruce Lee, and he was able to hit Muhammad Ali.
So could Bruce have hit Ali? Yes.
Could he have hit harder as Jhoon Rhee? Yes.
Was Bruce s technique in a real fight to bob and weave and throw jabs? No. It was to go for the eyes or the throat, or the lead shin.
And if you take someone s eyes away, I mean Bruce‘ s closing speed was insane. He practised finger jabs like eye jabs repeatedly, like thousnds of repetitions, to geht the neural muscular pathways down, so he could do it effortlessly.
So yeah, in a boxing ring, Ali all day. In the street, i think Lee is the favorite.

And this is from me (Chris): Of course the final line is J. Little s opinion. Nobody has to agree. But as you can read in the complete text, during Lee's lifetime, he only spoke one time about this subject in front of a journalist, and this was in November 1971.
All these claims later by Robert Clouse, Bolo Yeung, John Saxon etc., among the quotes is the famous "look my small hands, Ali would kill me", were published after Lee was gone. Same of course with the quote of his student Bob Bremer, that Lee told him he would beat the cr..ap out of Ali in a street fight.

I believe Bruce chose the yellow tracksuit which closely resembled the color gold, symbolizing in the Chinese tradition of luck & wealth.

Hey there. How about this with regard to the yellow tracksuit story. I saw the Andre Morgan doc too about this. I didn't buy that story either but i have a different take on it. Can we remember the story from Van Williams when Bruce Lee played Kato in the Green Hornet and he wasn't satisfied with the fight scenes and wanted to do it himself given the chance? Ok they let him do it and well long story short it was ridiculous and it was like a special effect. BUT... because of the black suit Bruce wore it didn't really showcase his moves correctly. So... i thought of that particular incident with regard to that story of the two suits. It would not really show his technique in the fights and for that choose the yellow one. Peace!

There was a 2000 dvd release called Bruce Lee in G.O.D which had bey logan attatched to it,there's a couple of slight differences including some extra dialogue and music.and kareem's eyes were different too (snake like) as opposed to the red ones in warriors journey.

Loved it. Not just one collectable book signed by John but loads. And the sneakers too. Top notch stuff there. Charles did you know that John used to write articles for body building magazines? His book Expressing the Human Body is the absolute best on Bruce's training methods. I've just been using the training routine that Franco Columbu put Stallone on for Rambo 2 💪. Its such a simple plan but so well put together.
