I know this comment is old af but yes! Today I found out this song and I was like wait... the intro is so Be Quiet and Drive by Deftones. I did a quick Google search and nothing comes up about it.
I remember this song from the radio in 6th grade. I randomly just remembered it, and googled the only lyrics I rememberd: "try to understand try if you can never even there" and found it. Awesome song.

I don't know how long I've been trying to find this song this came pre-loaded on an old Alienware MP3 player I had when I was a kid. Now and then I think about the song and end up trying to find it. I would look up the MP3 player and the preloaded songs that came on it to no avail. Finally I got lucky today and some lyrics popped into my head enough to where I was able to Google it and find this. Notstagia
I was in the same position as you! A friend gave me his old MP3 player about 15 years ago for a few bucks. He didn't want it anymore and so he said he deleted everything on it so I could put my songs on it. When I turned it on, it said there was one song on it and of course it was this one. I fell in love with it. It definitely sings Nostalgia! I wonder how they got selected to be the preloaded song for an MP3 player.
You should check out Greg Norris' (32 Leaves singer) new band Codec. Even more amazing! Their new album Horizontime was nominated for debut album of the year on Tunelab.
That's how i found out about BB. Used it for my intro in Raw vs Smackdown but found All is numb on a horror movie me and my girl watched. Been hooked on this group since.

@IxGOTxNOTHING and @ned2one I think they sound like 32 Leaves, though those are good bands. I love Chevelle and always will though I grew out of Breaking Benjamin.
@ZombiexXxAutopilot except, i seem to find these guys better. It's actually ticking with my brain. I skipped songs with APC & Tool and eventually ended up getting rid of them. These guys, been enjoying ALL their songs.
rofl, dude that was...its about the music... :P as long as he isnt chris brown i wont ''hate'' him lol(i mean ..i dislike idiotic jerks) and i doubt they are ripping off deftones cause this song is pretty good + if you mean the sound ..there is a limited amount of sounds and ways to start a song...eventually ppl remake songs to express a different way.(Kanye west,Nirvana,Marilyn manson, Nine Inch Nails...all have re-used song beats/lyrics).Nothing is 1 way;every story has diff point of views.
@legnasin better? they're just as bad and mainstream as what you have stated. True good music lies in the heart of the underground. Every one knows who Slipshit, Metallica, BFMV is, they are generic loads of shit - there are better bands. Insomnium, Amon Amarth, Tyr, Ikuinen Kaamos, Amorphis, Kamelot, Kiuas, Daylight Dies, Swallow The Sun, Omnium Gatherum, Dark Tranquillity, November's Doom to name a few. Then there is the legion of Post-Rock bands with their beautiful atmo-ambient music.
the beginning sounded like the riff from "be quiet and drive" by deftones
0:00 yes man when i heard this is thought that

I love Pandora. Without it, I would've never known about one of my new favorite bands. These guys rock a lot.
Miss the 2000’s
this song got me through a breakup and then completely crushed me when i checked the album release date and it was the day of my breakup
💀
i love this song. this band reminds me so much of cross fade.
I personally don't hear it, but these guys are awesome.
This Post-grunge band reminds me of Crossfade The Post-grunge band
I personally hear it
Rediscovered this song in my liked songs on Spotify man this is a gem
This song screams early to mid 2000s
I wish these guys would get back together. They're different i mean like really listen to there songs they're amazing
This song was on an mp3 player I bought when I was a teenager. It came with 5 songs but this is the only one I kept. Enjoy it still
Thanks pandora for playing this awesome band.

This song came free on an old generic no name generic mp3 player I had
Man, I just had the same reason for finding this song.
I discovered them on Burnout
this is the first time i heard of this band and it is really cool. just the genre i love
These guys were from Apache Junction Arizona believe it or not...... I also went to high school with there guitarist 🔥👌
The intro sounds a bit like Deftones.
Wow they are amazing. Found them from Flatout Ultimate Carnage lol
Love this band!!
the first bit of this song sounds like be quiet and drive by deftones
Thank you Pandora :)
Great band, great song :]
Love them
It's funny that this music makes me feel good, when the lyrics to most of their songs are so depressing.

I love Flat Out. That's where I heard this band. In fact, most the bands I discover came from video game soundtracks.
best dam song
start of the song is very like a deftones song
I concur.
@IxGOTxNOTHING and @ned2one I think they sound like 32 Leaves, though those are good bands. I love Chevelle and always will though I grew out of Breaking Benjamin.
bravi
wasnt this song in a movie?
Deftones
Sounds more like Bush than Deftones... I don't get Deftones vibes at all.
@@chrisbailey9377the rift from the beginning is from deftones quiet and drive
sounds like 311,they're good!
yup :)
In the words of the greatest policy debaters of our time, what's your source on that?
They talking about a bad relationship there trying to make work?
@VicePower
damn right:D
go buy their albumXD
i think i will...
it would be great to have a guitar tab of this song,i couldnt figure out the accords and riffs
@ned2one I was thinking of somewhat like the band, Cold.
I ain't the world's greatest philosopher, but I'm guessing the Bible.
Where else would they get this kind of thing?
@ned2one Yah, Breaking Benjamin and 32 Leaves are kinda all in the same family.
they sound alot like Breaking Benjamin
was it a sandisk sansa?
