@@coffeewithaprilI'm a huge April fan, you guys don't follow, but lead and rethink the entire coffee industry. Your cups are really cool and different, your clothing line isn't for me, but it's definitely different, so is the coffee table. I totally love the home brewing videos, they are so refreshing, insightful and just different compared to other coffee related videos. All this being said, I personally don't like the coffee competition part too much. I know you're participating in all kind of coffee events for years, but I find the rules they're based on a bit random and the presentation style is very similar throughout the competitors, at least in the WBC.
SSP MP burrs when the brewing recipe, coffee and water aligns perfectly = coffee nirvana! The only cons with SSP is it’s a PITA to get that perfect execution on some coffee beans
Thank you for sharing. We haven't been able to get brews that we are happy with using the SSP. But we are always interested in hearing how others are using it.
@@coffeewithapril I run my P64 grinder at 800 rpm and extract at higher TDS than standard recipe (~1.5 or 21-22% EY). The lower TDS makes it taste too thin and not enough texture
Really appreciate every part of this experience. Thank you to both Patrik and to April for the opportunity. ❤️
excited to try out this recipe (again)!!
Ian🔥
Thank you for watching. It was a great event and we are looking forward to our next U.S event in Huston after the summer.
April, still rocking in June
Thank you for watching. Would you be up for competing in the April Brewers Cup if you got the chance?
