Hi - The three authentication methods available (depending on your state) are KBA, Biometric, and skipping authentication (in cases where signer is personally known to notary in states that allow this). EVS is a KBA provider. So going through KBA is going through EVS. Does this help add clarification?
There's no official ruling for this. Our best recommendation is to keep it all on the same page if possible, but if size is becoming an issue, to then add a blank page. Some documents might specify it needing to be on the same page or within a certain size. You Digital Certificate, which proves the session was done online by you, will encompass the file as a whole, rather than just individual pages.
