You should publish a dressings book even if they are all the same & you are changing 1 ingredients each time.

I have a Vitamix blender and Ninja food processor and Yonanas machine. All three devices work amazingly to make nice cream 😁👍

I love your videos, but I get so scared to eat anything close to 2,000 calories. I am trying to open my mind to the idea, and that I wouldn't gain weight if I am eating whole and natural foods. As soon as I see "2,000 calories", I think of a body builder. But you are so petite and fit!

in 2013 my first year in recovery/adopting this lifestyle I ate 3000-4000 calories. Then afterwards I've been eating 2000-3000 calories for almost 8 years now. Healing the body is KEY! hormones/metabolism/digestion are all key factors to heal and improve so you can eat as much as you are hungry for and achieve/maintain your ideal body structure 😁🙏
