Kendall kept up with Kalani, they are good duet partners because it pushes Kendall to her full potential
I think Kendall is gorgeous and supertalented. But she just doesn't try or invest in her dancing much so most of the time she comes off as being much less talented than what she actually is. On the few occasions she shows her true talent you think "wow".

kendall actually has gorgeous lines and good feet and in this duet she looked amazing... at times i could barely tell her from kalani. she kind of had wasted potential. i wish she had more dances like this and less high energy jazz. shes too tall and too slow to be doing jazz 24/7
I think Kendall would've had more opportunities to do things and stand out but Abby didn't want to put up with Jill commenting on it
I think kendall is best in duets that are like lyrical or contempary instead of a jazzzy cheesy hip number
I think Kendall's confidence skyrockets when she dances with Kalani or Maddie.

Kendall’s technique isn’t very good like she dances well but once you look at her feet,legs,or arms they are sloppy
I feel when Kendall has to kinda "dance up" to her partner's abilities she pushes harder.
Kendall is very talented. She is just very lady. And the latter usually supersedes the former

Just to clarify JoJo left because she got a contract with Nickelodeon, NOT because of a ballet duet. This was the storyline made up by the producers.

Um, multiple people including Jojo and Jess confirmed why Jojo left. She had other opportunities, which was with Nickelodeon. Also, common sense lol. As soon as she left DM she came out as a Nick star. It doesnt take much understanding to get that lol.

I have to admit that i don't like Kendalls dancing a lot in general but when she has a duet partner like Maddie or Kalani she becomes more confident and loooks really good. Nice job Kendall! 👌

Eh depends, while it can help her confidence it hurts her in the way that you can tell her technique is not quite up to Maddies or Kalani's.
was about to write a comment about this! She pairs well in duets and seems to rise to the level of whoever she's been placed with. This is the best I've ever seen Kendall's legs/feet!

yeah but Abby has taken the time to organise the entry into the competition, a costume, ballet lessons, a choreographer, music and a dance concept that would allow JoJo to participate. So she deserved the courtesy of a phone call to say JoJo is not coming back
MsJubjubbird she would’ve already known, JoJo exited her contract. That’s not an overnight choice. She had recieved an offer from Nickelodeon. Don’t believe anything you see in the show

Coriusia it’s not about having the looks it’s about using your expression to fit the character. A lot good looking people in the entertainment industry don’t make it and people are always shock cause they are beautiful but their face never really changes. Or it doesn’t fit right. A lot models will try to jump into acting and a lot of fail for that reason.

Kalani has a special gift. She not only pulls out the best in her partner's, she also fits herself into so many different styles. She's never disappointed to dance with someone and she is able to dance in their style and make it look gorgeous

It’s funny to me how no one is talking about the fact that that was not “ballet” duo, it was more neo-classical ballet but ok. Btw don’t hate I’m really picky with naming things correctly
they do contemporary ballet on the show usually. The girls aren't good enough to compete in classical ballet. They probably don't say it on the show because most of the audience don't know the difference.

kendall is one of my favorite girls on the show, she’s a wonderful dancer but abby only really gave her cheesy jazz numbers, she’s so good and pretty and lyricals and contemporaries, it’s sad when people say she’s not good 🥺

JoJo just walked in and expected a spot on the team and to not have to take feedback. Abby is asking for the common courtesy of receiving a phone call if a child is not going to be coming to a competition when she's already paid the entry fees and had someone teach them the dance because it means she has to change everything or forfeit her money and time.

whenever Kalani or maddie come into Kendall's solos you can see her confidence , and dancing get a lot better and i really respect that no matter how difficult the choreo is the girls go out there and do what they can do and respect to both of them for not caving in for how hard that dance was

Kalani wasn't trained by Abby, just like Brynn. That's why their technique is way advanced than any of the other girls aka "our girls" who spent lots of their much younger years at the ALDC or elsewhere.
Kendall had a huge breakthrough that day. This is probably the best she’s ever danced
