Looks great! I have a 2019 Optima LX and the first thing that came to mind when I got it was: why aren’t the headlights LED to match the DRL’s? I think I will upgrade them.

These are the true amazing videos on RUclips. This saved me a lot of time and effort. Thank You. Only thing driver side is very tight for a large hand I had to move the battery out of way. Also how do average 38mpg??
INCORRECT. Optima 2016 EX require H7 bulbs with different power connection.

How did you made the DRLS Walk or chase each other?
they dont, cameras have a frame rate. The camera frame rate interferes with the pulsing frequency of the leds. The LEDS pulse at a frequency faster than the eye perceives so we dont see it in normal vision. But on camera, they appear to flicker because the camera is catching instants of the leds pulsing at different times and places.
I have a 2016 Kia optima sx-t with factory HIDs and currently both of my ballasts are not working, so I have been driving around for over a week at night with only my DRLs (super sketchy) but I can't seem to find any new ballasts, everything is used and I don't trust them, I've been thinking of switching to the not as bright LEDs just to avoid all this trouble that I'm having but I cant find anything that is a direct swap. Can you guys help me out? My current lights are the D3S bulbs. So I don't have a clue if I need the 9005 or the 9006 plug? All I know is the ballasts I just had were 2 prong connectors and my wire harness is a smaller 3 prong connector.
To change the ballast you will need to get the entire headlight assembly out/ To get it out, you'll need to remove the bumper. It is very unusual for the ballast to fail. Usually, they last a lifetime.
How do I get those kind of headlights?

I ordered a conversion kit for my 2015 GMC Yukon low beams, $185.55. That was 20 days ago. Have not heard a peep out of Enlight. Can not contact Enlight through the email link they give for that purpose. Looks like a RIPOFF outfit to me. Contacting VISA to contest the charge. Order at your own risk.
I'm in a similar situation. I ordered a fog light kit back in early December, weeks went by nothing. Then they sent an email saying they had problems (relocations, personal problems ect.). I've been contacting them since then (by email) .... no reply. I them paid $150? I'm really pissed off!
Enlight auto motive is a scam ordered interior lights for my 2017 ram a year and half ago tried to contact through the email listed on there website multiple times no response, eat a bag of d@#$s enlight automotive!

If you make a Hole the head light wont be water and dustproof
What he also fails to address is the lack of room in the high beam compartment so you cannot cap off the housing.
The hole is only to drill and make room for the wires and harness to mount outside not to make air flow
So my 2016 optimas high beam are completely different set up. The oem bulbs can't be unplugged. Any help would be great

Seeing a LOT of bad reviews for Enlight all over the Web, from bad bulbs to not sending paid for items, and now he no longer responds to emails, and won’t return people’s money once paid. Very shady stuff. I was all for grabbing a kit for my 2020 Optima but now I’m out. Good luck people.

It's not illegal
So, several things about this video that need addressing. First, the LED you installed has a very poor design and construction. Plastic base. Horrendous heat dissipation. It should aluminum. Cheap, poor design.
Second, proper placement of the LED in the socket assures a correct beam pattern. You just put it in there without placing it the right way. The beam pattern is most likely wrong.
Lastly, you don't need a resistor cable, Kias are not that sensitive and it won't give you a fault.
I can't emphasize enough that unless you position the bulb properly, especially on a projector lens, the beam pattern won't be right and the illumination will be distorted.
Aside from that, that LED bulb looks like it came out of a Cracker Jack box.
Get a professional lighting expert to properly do an LED upgrade/retrofit.
