What are drummers in this genre usually placing in their bass drums since what we hear are the triggers? Do they literally fill the whole drum with pillows or something? Lol.
For rebound likely. They probably stuff it so it feels more solid, jack up the tension on the batter head, and jack up the spring tension

Lol... not sure if you are trolling but, he is one of, if not the best death metal vocalist and lyricist ever, really. I don't know you, but I can almost be certain you did not and do not have this dudes talent.
He is screaming smart. You can blow your voice out when you have lots of shows that are an hour+ long to play on tour. It's hard to be reserved and still sound good. Trevor is fantastic.
