These videos are so amazing to watch. It would be cool if you put in the video description section more information about each location. The name of the mountain or feature, the town you're diving towards, country you're in, altitude at jump point, approximate distance to landing point. I'm sure people would even be interested in your gear (chutes, cameras, etc) and with affiliate links you could make some extra bucks. Not trying to be nosy, just a thought, but keep making awesome videos!
I’ve watched these guys landing there in the Lauterbrunnen valley. Beautiful setting and the cable car ride up to Muerren from here is pretty damn amazing too with views of the Eiger.
I stayed at the camping at Stechelberg and was each morning suprised by the sudden opening chutes seamingly out of nowhere. Sometimes saw the wingsuit but only 5-10 seconds before opening. Wonderful to see the environment from this perspective and amazing how far you guys travel!
That line was freakin gorgeous!! The work, focus and risk you put into these little slices of heaven you share with us is so appreciated! Thank you!! May all your flights be safe!
another breathtaking flight!! looks like the landing area was in the Lauterbrunnen valley, one of the Earth's most picturesque locations -- the jump seemed daring to me, better safe than sorry, I say...
I would be so confused if I was standing on via ferrata and saw you open over there! What a flight, Dom! So good! Maybe next summer you can drag me up there too ;)
The key variables are bodymass, wingsuitsize respectivley its stallspeed and speed of pressurization. the technique here was to fly into the upwind band on the right and catch some thermals ;)
Question from a non expert - do you need study in advance the exact trajectory you wish to take or there is a degree of "improvisation" in these kinds of flights? Thank you for your amazing videos.
Yes them do study the relief and stuff. If flying from one exit more often there is development in variation if they get used to the shape of the path. Nobody would climb free solo without climbing it with rope more then once before.
I think it´s both. Yes, you need to study and learn a lot (especially wingsuitflying, but also knowing/reading terrain and atmosphere, isohypses, pressure, wind, sun, thermals, etc.) But also yes, there is improvisation at every point (of the flight and evolution in general) because it´s impossible to know in advance and manipulate every variable influencing you on your way ;) I guess this is how learning and improving works. Get all the existing knowledge... it´s a lot! But allow some room for improvisation (and own ideas).
@@DomeWingsuit Great answer. In relation on your note on learning - another key aspect of learning is to assess one’s mistake and react to improve what one does at the next opportunity. This typically also applies to sports, although those involving risks imply additional considerations. PS Just for clarity, I know nothing about wingsuit flights. Sometimes in the evening I browse videos of alpine climbs (something I used to do a lot when I was younger) and bumped into your channel (attraverso il pesce). I got intrigued by the extraordinary mental and physical demand, and technical complexity your sport must involve, as well as the beauty of the gesture.
@@paolo534 ah! That's so cool! Yah, some years ago I was a decent climber, but now I just fly😆 Climbing is way more physical and also mental, at least in alpine environment. Oh, how do I miss the thrill of a 7m runout...
Whoa! Tingly toes an hands , increadible vids guys an I bet the adrenaline rush is huge!
Wow!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤
Long and intense flight, I can only imagine how you feel once your chute opens and your gliding down in such beauty. Thanks for sharing.
I felt like I was in that wingsuit ! Just AMAZING and many thanks for posting this video ! Most of all, stay safe !

So amazing your calculation on the terrain. This takes many hours of flight time.
That's so cool!
You really enjoyed this one!
I really did, it was a relief after all😅
Amazing you can land near the ropeways. What a cool place!
Absolutely incredible, even I had an adrenaline rush!!

It astonishes me that you are able to fly with that heavy balls...😉
Jokes aside, what a fantastic journey!
Beautiful, if I would be younger I would too, Really love it... now I'm too old.
In which region did you fly so well ?
I would be so confused if I was standing on via ferrata and saw you open over there! What a flight, Dom! So good! Maybe next summer you can drag me up there too ;)
Thx Dan!!! The hike was pretty intense, but we´ll do it no worries ;)
At 1:28 you are a madman Dom!! 🤘🤓🤘
Is that Mürren above the cliff at 1:20 ? Thanks for anyone who can answer!
Correct
@@DomeWingsuit Thank you! Ive been there and its amazing to see it like this, thanks for sharing. Stay safe!!!
Climbing to there in this current heat is much more scary to me than the jump 😄

wie ihr da so von der Kante runterhopst als wärs das normalste der Welt - ist für mich als Paragleiter erst recht beängstigend :-)

everyone landed safely but one came there really fast. amazing.
Maaaaaaannnnn😍😍😍😍😎
Damn!
bro stay safe! thats so dangerous!!!
Why does the one chap fall to a lower altitude at the start? Technique? Suit? Skill? Sorry for the random question
Same thoughts here. Spektakuläre Linie, @Domi 👏🏻👏🏻🤘🏻😍

@@DomeWingsuit Makes sense. Thanks for the feedback
@@DomeWingsuit was looking for this in the comments, it's insane to me how little altitude you lost before starting your glide.
I always like your laugh at the end of each flight! That was a long ride. Does it get any longer ?
Yah, I did a 3:06min flight from the Eiger to Lauterbrunnen Valley. It's somewhere here on my channel🤘😉
@@DomeWingsuit Great! I'll check it out! And great HD recordings.

I expect you get asked this alot, what do you feel standing on the edge?
Amazing!
What kind of speed do you reach (kmh)?
i don´t know exactly, no gps data... but I guess about 180-200?
