I know Franc Kuzma personally. He is great, fair and honest Man. His products are among the best what your money can buy. All respect and wishing him only all the best!😊
Fascinating. I have some Kuzma gear that brings me pleasure. I visited Slovenia from Western Canada in May 2023, and loved it. Next time, I hope to arrange to visit Kuzma facilities and pay homage. An amazing story, Kuzma. 😊
Negative, I have to disagree here because if the room isn’t right the system will never sound right. It’s one of the main reasons audiophiles chase their tails because they throw money at their system thinking it will make it better but yet there is always something off and 9 times out of 10 it’s because they neglected the room.
@@Audiofreak71yeah maybe room first then system but that's normally for those who knows exactly what ones doing! When one's a beginner (like myself) one needs something to work from. Even though I have Dirac for this very reason, without a system I wouldn't realise just how important good room acoustics really are.
@@Totalplonker That makes sense, but it doesn’t take spending a lot of money to get a room acoustically setup for a system. I use Dirac live as well as REW in my system as well along with a completely acoustically treated room and the combination works perfectly for me.
Scandinavians are among the best in the world no doubt, in both recording and acoustics. As an audio enthusiast for 30+ yrs, the room is the most difficult part to get right as each one is unique. Getting it even half right can pay enormous dividends to the sound that can transform your system multiple times it's worth. Some are averse to active treatment. I'm open minded. Hybrid passive and active room treatment is fine. Is natural musical sound possible with active treatment? For me, yes. Ultimately, its results that matter.
@@ralex3697 Many are actually including Japanese but room acoustics remain an enigmatic discipline to this day. Only shows how complex our sense of hearing is.
1/4 of a million dollars spent for listening to music.sheer lunacy if you realy think about it.every one else is listening to the same music almost for free.and they can listen to it anywhere .
Is that different from spending $3,000,000 or $300,000 on a sports car when you can get around just fine with a Toyota for $30,000? To each and their own.
I'm oddly surprized by the rather (by strict audiophile standards) poor choice of the Legacies. I think the only advantage of these speakers is effortlessness and a big sound. But, mediocrities in any other aspect. Rather an old school of Hi-Fi, with some glorious moments in the past, when a big sound was really a lot to have. A lot of bang for the buck, for sure.

As a proud Stabi R/4Point11 owner, I salute Mr.Kuzma. Thank-you for your contributions to audio!
As a very proud owner of the Stabi M turntable / 4Point 14" tonearm, I would like to congratulate Mr Franc Kuzma on his new listing room. 😍👌👍

Loved the video just purchased a set of whispers from legacy audio absolutely loved them
I envy you! Congrats!

The system first then the room. Mind you both are never ending.

Wow. Frank is using Legacy Audio Whisper
I always wanted to hear the Whispers
@@ryangonyer9498 me also. I've got Legacy Audio's Focus model.
magnifico.❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Are his arms glued to the chair?
I notice he’s got a cheeky Rotel cd player tucked away at the side, for when no one is around!
I have one too, gets the job done
I know Franc personaly: he is not a snob. Nice, down to earth dude. That Rotel is modified, btw...
They are still surprisingly small compared to studio tape machines, why hold back, with such a name he could build something real big.
Legacy is very good choice
yes it is. I've got their Focus model. I've never regretted it.
Would have liked to see varying perspectives, like walking around. Other than that, I've enjoyed your video. Thanks !!
Very cool room!
I am also liking the rack that is being used. Does anyone know what is the brand.
Great room!
It makes an impression👍
Have a 4 point 9 on my Avid Volvere. It’s excellent.
I WANT TO GO THERE....BEAUTIFUL...💝💝💝
I have a new Referenz 2. and it rumpelt when starting. It sounds Like a defekt clutch.

So, Scandinavians and Slovenians you're saying?
@@dap777754 He did say he hired a Swedish acoustics outfit to do his room.
@@sonusancti Thx. I missed that. Fun to see a European with a big ole Legacy speaker.
The Brits are also pretty good at recording and acoustics

You have to find the vinyl records that match the setup. That is another story.
I love your thick Maple shelves on your audio rack. Solid! And handsome. Well done.
Why didn't you film a complete walk through of his system??
And here's me listening to stuff streaming from phone on a Bose TV speaker.
A $70,000 turntable good lord,lol.
The prices of the turntables went extreme up in a few years.
Please, which speakers are that in the video? Many thanks
Legacy Audio 'Wisper'
KARAN pojačala 👍❤

Ahm but spending so much for a car to show off is ok? Audiphiles spent money for own pleasure and joy, not to boost off, etc...
👍👍👍👍👍🔊
His enthusiasm is utterly underwhelming!
No dimensions, construction, nothing about the door, HVAC, electrical, hardly any room details at all.

@fullranger3435 And what superior speakers do you have?
@@craigellsworth3952 the kind noone has, because they cannot afford the time, effort, R&D and knowledge to make them. Now working on bigger ones.
How dare he purchase a different speaker than you would
@@60zeller I think he changed them already. Some behemoths again, but surely with more science and experienced acoustics in their design.
