I wish I could answer this for you but I haven’t been waterfall chasing in a couple years now and I have no idea how to answer that question. When I’m trying to planet adventure I’ll look at every single one from my driving location on Google maps and marked them all in on a map and see where they all are and then hit them in the order that I think is the most efficient
I went to Letchworth, Buttermilk and another one I forgot the name of it during October 2019. It was awesome. First time ever, I normally go to Niagara Falls but those state parks and waterfalls did not disappoint.
Nice video. I've been to all of these multiple times except Ludlowville Falls. I'll have to check that one out. I'm betting you saw the white deer along NY 96 in the old Seneca Army Depot. There's a ton of others in that area that I've visited. Lets see: Stony Brook St Pk 3 Falls, Robert Treman St Pk Lucifer and Enfield Falls, Watkins Glen. Fillmore Glen, Grimes Glen, Pratt Falls, Chittenango Falls, Labrodor Hollow Tinker Falls, Bahar Preserve Carpenter and Angel Falls, Hector Falls. I think that's it. I haven't made it to Ithaca Gorge or Ithaca Falls yet. Hope I gave you some more good places to visit.
The very last waterfall at 12:50? That's the Lower Falls at Letchworth. It only looks like that when the water is high. Usually only the far right section is flowing, the area that has less white water. The rest will be bare rock face, which is cool in a different way. The biggest waterfall at Letchworth is the Middle Falls, shown at 9:35.
