What made the first chucky creepy was the director use a little person in costume running around it felt more real if they use cgi for those scene it kills the illusion cuz everyone knows what’s cgi and what’s not🤔
I’m so happy that they are using practical effects because now a days we know when something is CGI and it doesn’t have the same effect of practical effects and I have theory that is based off the toys and other products I think that Andy’s friends will have other dolls and possibly have a drone and I hope they have a scene like Leprechaun Returns with Chucky riding a drone XD but yeah that’s my theory about the products and toys

It's ironic that you're calling me closed-minded while being closed-minded to my opinion on the remake. I made one video focused on defending the original creator and throughout the 8 or 9 videos I've made about it I praise aspects of the remake that I think are positive (the alleged R-rating, the tone being in line with IT 2017 and Stranger Things, the 80's look and feel of the marketing, etc). If you're into the remake, more power to you but there are better and less cowardly ways to give feedback than talking shit on someone else's video.

I've been thinking that Cody Fern from American Horror Story: Apocalypse would play the new Charles Lee Ray and the voice of Chucky. Maybe the new Charles Lee Ray would be a computer genius rather than a voodoo sorcerer like the previous Child's Play movies.

Would a AI Chucky doll like this really be able to function in a modern day society? How would everything even make sense if it turns out to be even a little similar to the original Chucky doll? Even with everything we know about it from the rumors and speculation, it seems more of a matter of, the moment it is seen alive by anyone today, take a gun, video recording, or electricity to it and that’s it. With the original chucky doll it was a human soul possessing the doll which kind of justified all of the silly ideas surrounding the doll, manlike strength, realistic body internals, not dying on the spot when stabbed or shot. This AI Doll should be nothing more than a robot that could be kicked around or thrown across the room. Also even though the doll is meant to be an advanced children’s toy. Just how advanced are we talking? From what it sounds like, this doll is packing some military level AI technology inside it. What toy company would approve that?And a little hacking is going to basically create a sentient being that goes on a killing spree? They could've kept Child's play for branding, yet I feel using a different name other than "Chucky" would've helped them in the long run. I feel the name being " Charles" would've been nice, the A.I. maybe hating being called "Chucky" as a mix up call back to Child's Play 3 in which he hated being called "Charles" . Imo for an A.I.
