I'm really, really hoping this comment gets to Lisa! 🙏🙏🙏
The audiobook of Lisa's latest book is over ten hours long, but in one day I'm over six hours in.
    I'm absolutely hooked.
How she slowly reveals a manipulative, slightly sinister side of Josie is such genius writing. Even with the twin red flags of Josie's mum and Walter's conversation with Alex in the studio, it was such a slow-dawning and yes, almost shocking realisation.
But being a victim doesn't mean the victim doesn't inherently harbour bad personality traits her/himself. It is after all what makes us human.
We are such incredibly complex creatures. We are contradictions; a person can be compassionate and forgiving but at the same time bear lifelong grudges, for example.
For me, Josie wins the global award for Most Unreliable Narrator for sure.
Now I'm going back to my audiobook.
Kudos, Lisa, and thank you! 💕
    EDIT:
    Just finished the book 👀👀👀
An amazing read - best book I've read in a very long time.
Surely to God there's going to be a sequel??!!!??
(Is that a golden bumble bee necklace???)

I’m halfway through and it’s so damn good!! You sense a train wreck is coming and you can’t do anything to stop it. Highly recommended!

I didn't want to prolong my reading each time I opened your book, as it was , two days was enough, whilst I threw my brain about.
