Putting a comma after the word "Please", simply puts more emphasis on the word changing the magnitude and effect of the sentence. Also, it is preferred to leave the comma out of the clause “Please”, because the sentence flows more easily. In addition, notice an introductory phrase is different than an introductory clause. An introductory *clause* includes a verb, and an introductory *phrase* doesn’t. Just a little additional information for you.

SuperSazn maybe because the aerial that youre trying to do is the tumbling one, this is a tricking aerial

SuperSazn it’s basically a cartwheel just don’t put your hands down
@@l2bakez465 lol no, the motion is quite different, its a “lower” b kick, you’ll have to learn the b kick until u can eventually kick high enough so that it counts as an aerial. This is the best and easiest way to learn the aerial in my opinion :)

One really good progression method is doing a one handed cartwheel. Btw I can’t do even a quarter of the stuff he does but the arial is probably one flip that I can attain in a couple of weeks

It- as far as tips go have a really strong and powerful hurdle because that’s what give you the push you need to do ur aerial I think the video is helpful if you are struggling on an aerial method that works for you good luck and I hope you get yours soon!
@Allison Frankit’s sounds like a lot but it took my a year only because I had been working on it before the video and a couple weeks after but it took me so long because I had to find out what worked best for me

Can someone tell me the differences between a tricking aerial and a gymnastics aerial? (Besides that you straighten the legs and feet more) but are there any technical differences?
Very late but gymnast aerial has the hips straightened over your body (instead of leaned forward like this video)

This was probably one of my easiest tricks to master, but I did master the back handspring first which took me 1 hour and the Aerial took me 2 hours. I’m working on my backflip but I can’t Land on my feet I land on my knees, my backflip so far has taken me 2 days
Im working since 1(!)year on any kind of flips - result: nothing. Still not able to do anything except hurting my self in any thinkable way 😧

I want my aerial to be really straight but I can’t seem to get my body to a perfect 180 degrees. My legs bend over a bit to make my body it the air like a 120 degrees. Do you have any advice to straighten it out
Same. You learn it yet? I'm trying to get that back leg up higher. (The leg that goes to the front as you do the move)
Dark Void yeah from the front it looks like an aerial but from the side it looks kinda funky So far I’ve found that whipping my back leg over helps to make it look straight
