Hello again, Elvis is doing a modified twist. In order to do it right you have to balance on the balls of your feet with your feet shoulder width apart. You shift your weight from one foot to another while you twist in place and then for more movement and rotation you twist both feet at once, you have to bend your knees as you twist if you were good you could twist to the floor and back up with out loosing balance.
