Understand that East/West/Compton collective Crip meetings only happen at Raymond’s request. Second these meetings weren’t meant for whole hoods to attend but if you were a Crips hood Raymond expected that at least one rep from your hood attend. So the 200 I estimated at that meeting comprise of a few Crips from close to every hood in the City.
