9:15 the gun didn't damage the sniper because they were using the danger shield. For some reason in x100 and above it just negates bullet damage as well as after burn and gives you an extra 20k health
x10 weapons are rarely ever cleanly multiplied by 10. A lot of them just add completely new stats or don't change others. Some weapons like the Killing Gloves of Boxing are the only ones where the stats are literally just multiplied by 10 and nothing else.
That's not what he means. There's the base x10 server plugin people are used to(natascha heals, airblast is insane, powerjack gives the boost without holding it, market gardener has increased range...) This server has elected to keep some of those in while removing others so it can be hard to tell if the plugin is even installed depending on the random loadouts you get.
Man, it is good seeing another Interstellis video. I've been binge watching his videos since I first discovered them and let me tell you, it is a breath of fresh air to see down-to-earth vanilla TF2 videos. No cheezey editing, no loud or hyper voice over, the gameplay is entertaining as frick. This dudes videos are the only videos my ADHD brain will watch in its entirety, accompanied with his normal talking voice.
I had the same problem with the Tomislav in x1000 servers that you had with the stock minigun. Pretty sure if you tap fire enough it'll fire bullets faster, cuz it fires bullets much slower for some reason. Worked best on the Tomislav cuz for some reason it gave the Tomi a huge damage buff
I played on this server last week, and it IS x10 but a very strange variant where only 10% of the items are amplified. For example, batallion's backup gives you the regular amount of hp, whereas the chocolate bar sets you to 800. All of heavy's miniguns except the Tomislav are the regular(not sure about the brass beast) Soldier's rocket launchers are all the regular versions, except for the direct hit which is the x10 version. Airblast is at the op "send them to space" powerlevel and sentries have extra health. Jag is also x10. Some of the really op items remain while some fun ones are gone, so I don't think it's done to balance it - quite strange
the reason why some weapons did nothing in X1000 was becuase they had some kind of accuracy, damage, or firerate debuff, and the multiplier made it extreme. i think panic attack has a -25% damage debuff. so, in x1000, it would be -25 000% damage. also panic attack gets less accurate with each consecutive shot. hope this helped.
Just in case you should do a x1000 vid again just to remember guns like the Panic Attack despite shooting like 10000 bullets per min it deals 0 DMG due to its DMG penalty getting multiplied too

x10 and its derivatives use the tomislav's old stats where it had a damage buff instead of faster spin up

I think the server was x10, it's just the randomizer plugin that overrides the new stats.
i legitimately used that panic attack engineer loadout at one point. (panic attack, short circuit, eureka effect.)

Swap the gunboats with mantreads and you've got an actual interesting build that is half decent!
