I genuinely love that the bots don't spy check and that the spies are able to just walk around unbothered when in disguise. It's kinda like how the trailer portrayed him
@@grimmsoul3096 They meant randomly spy checking, the A.I for the bots is the same A.I as the robots for MvM so that should tell you how lousy the bots are, and to make it worse not all maps are even coded with a nav mesh for them to work with and the ones that do (especially payload and capture point maps like Dustbowl) the attacking team has a 50/50 probability to get stuck in their own spawn or get stuck on a gate they can't open from their side.
@@cursedhawkins1305 getting stuck in their own spawn? they do don't do that much in the valve 'official' training maps, unless its a medic, or its an engi on hondoo second blue- or gold rush last red if they respawn when first is capped. also I encountered an issue more akin to the bots all running into a gate that opens from their side, but is poorly coded so multiple soldiers runnning through it at once would break, or them getting stuck on random objects like fences.

@111_ee8 you havent seen the stupidy of casual players if you call the bots stupider than casual. only thing that casual players do better is sentry/dispenser placements.

I mean say for instance upward. upward has, what? three, four points? in bot VS bot, the question is not 'can blue beat red' its 'can blue cap the second point after the first point stomp.', if yes, they almost certainly win, if not, they probably lose. not counting the idiocracy being everywhere in these machines actions, hell. I was about to say playing on that map with a train was not a good idea, due to the bots deciding to softlock themself, but they can even do it on the official valve training maps (mostly the payload maps, ignoring the dustbowl last sniper.)
I haven't even made it to 1 minutes, but as someone who had crappy internet and had to play with those things more than I'd like to admit, I know I'm gonna like this one
They don't really have "gamemode code" they just respond to the different types of gameplay elements. I.E if a point is currently unlocked and needs capturing and/or defending they'll path over to it and start doing that, responding to stimuli on their way (for example, if they hear anything they'll likely go off their path to go check it out).
