    The Army Corp of Engineers caused the flooding of New Orleans during hurricane Katrina. They rerouted the Mississippi River killing all the big Cypress trees that would have stopped the hurricane surge like they have in the past.

The shortfalls of budgets comes from the top!! They are skimming funds for Ukraine, Israel, and othe countries around the world and short changing the American people!!

    Before COVID it took two days to get a deck, fence, pool house or shed permit in iowa. It now takes a month. We have to use the stupid government set up portal which is glitchy as hell and pay up front to even have them look at the zoning or setbacks in order to tell us if we can actually do the project or not. It's getting out of control and I'm forced to skip permitting processes to get the job done in a timely manner... SRY!

    Senator, Lousiana is bleeding population and suffering a brain drain of college educated young people. Not everyone in LA wants to be a petro-chemical engineer, roughneck, or farmer. What are you doing to modernize and diversify the LA economy so young people don't have to move to TX, NC, CA, VA, MA, etc to find high paying careers in the modern economy?

    • @teresabarrett8339
      @teresabarrett8339 26 дней назад +1

      I think that's a great question, but I think your state government officials would be the place to start. Also, Congressional representatives should be involved. I'm from Michigan and we see many of the same issues of population loss. Our problem is a corrupt Democrat governor and all her lackeys, plus the city of Detroit calling the shots for the whole state.
