You see, 300+ years means something as most of us Greenlanders have relations to Denmark. Family, friends.
That aside, US systems - be it health care, ownership of land, environmental protection (or lack of) is very different here.
American "freedom" includes "less state regulation" which means that big companies can do what they want. I like regulations as they are implemented to secure every citizens rights to clean water, food and more.
I've read lot of americans being trapped by greedy (non-regulated) companies.
The town "Flint" is a very good example.
I'd prefer to stay with Denmark. I'd wven go further and vote for Greenland becoming an EU member again.

Possibly but on the other hand Greenland does have resources that would be vital to Elon Musks businesses (Natural resources) and the Panama canal is a major trade hub that would bring a positive economic boost to the USA if they controlled it. Trump is probably trying to distract from something else but realistically he is trying to intimidate Denmark into either selling up dirt cheap or give it away
