- Week 12: The Moving Clouds (Reel) by Neillidh Boyle, Donegal Fiddler
This week's tune is arguably the best-known and most widely played composition of legendary Donegal fiddler Neillidh Boyle (you can read more about him here: donegalfiddlemusic.ie/neillidh...)
If ever there were a composer to get the recordings for (speaking and playing), this is your guy. Do make the effort, he's a wonder. Some more background here: tunearch.org/wiki/Annotation:...

Fantastic tune. Didnt know that it´s come from a fiddle. I believe was a flute tune cause it suits very well to it. Thanks Sarah one more time. Hope your well and safe from virus. Here is Spain were all locked at home. So thanks for making the day more enjoyable
Only found this channel recently. Another lovely piece of music. Thanks.

Beautiful tune, and beautifully played 🙂
Very clear.
Have you heard Fergus McGorman's version of this? On his album, "Sweeping the Cobwebs Out of the Sky." It's one of the finest settings of this tune I've heard!
Ah I haven't yet, great suggestion! Must check it out :) Happy Easter!
This is not the original version written by Neilligh Boyle
