I just experienced an accident going the same speed as the test Jeep was on 19 July 2019. I smashed directly into the side of a car that was flying perpendicular across the median after being hit from another car. My 2015 Grand Cherokee crumpled exactly like this one did in this video, however none of my airbags deployed causing injury to me. I'm glad this video exists. It will surely help me with my lawsuit.

Looks like it took the impact way better than the older models. Great way to go FCA... !

Looks like the mass amount of the energy was absorbed external of the cabinet. Good results.

These are one of the few crossovers with a soul. A lot of the trim levels are more about the experience of owning a Grand Cherokee than just practicality.

Full frontal crash always looks good. Especially for new big Jeep energy is eliminated symmetrically and it must looks good but its look not bad for old Golf Mk1 too when 40% front crash was a tragedy for Golf 1 and good for Cherokee. Full frontal not show strong of structure than others models.

Stop Teoriom Spiskowym side crash tests were applied and it was always a win for new cars so still new cars are safer than old cars

Yes older cars didn’t crumble which is why everyone died in car accidents back then.
