Ingredients
- 2 cups of glutinous rice
- 1 1/3 cup water
- ½ cup roasted chestnut
- ¼ cup sliced Chinese/Shiitake mushrooms
- 6 small shallots ~100g, finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- oil
- salt to taste
- water for steaming
Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon stir fry sauce
- 1 teaspoon thick dark soy sauce for color optional
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
Garnish
- a handful of chopped scallion
- a handful of fried shallots

栗子香菇糯米饭馅料
2杯糯米
1⅓杯水
½杯栗子
¼杯香菇, 切成薄片
6小葱头, 切成薄片
2茶匙麻油
少量切碎的葱
少数炒葱
油, 盐调味
调味料
- 3汤匙酱油
- 2汤匙米酒
- 1汤匙素蚝油
- 1茶匙黑酱油
- 1茶匙盐
- ½茶匙白胡椒粉 Хобби
香菇跟小蔥【我們稱紅蔥頭】与調味料炒香後,建議可將洗好瀝乾水份的糯米放進去翻拌後(那樣可讓糯米吸收醬香味),再加水進糯米裡來做蒸的部驟,那樣省事糯米也較好吃喔!
