I heard they canceled it because either Steven Spielberg thought Nazis wouldn't be appropriate for a movie people would take their kids to see, or it would be too offensive, or he just decided not to make any more movies about Nazis or WWII.
@@loneshewolf74 I was told it was Spielberg who didn't want to make light of Nazis. @@thetoythief8940there is numerous Ben 10 bootleg toys and merchandise. Ranging from vehicles to action figures but the well known ones are the Omnitrix bootlegs that play combat sounds accompanied by the four repeated guitar riff loops
By the way Phelan, the anime boy on the back cover, that's suppose to be Ben Tennyson from Ben 10. But, I'm a little bit surprised that you didn't recognized him or even heard of the show.
I remember back in 89/90 I was in year 2 of school and one kid had a bootleg ninja turtles figure. It was sat on a over sized skateboard coloured orange. The turtle was wearing a leather jacket. Could not be removed from board but I remember wanting it as it looked like a turtle fighter figure glued to a board. (I received a set of turtles fighters that xmas)Would love to know more about that toy but never found it anywhere. Edit: found similar on vinted, but no leather jacket. Glad I wasn't making it up.
The toy is probably meant to be wearing white gloves, like Bugs Bunny's, but they look more like boxing gloves, so it made me think of the boy rabbit in that stupid Dingo Easter bunny cartoon.
As I said before: the Chip and Dale movie wasn't terrible, but a few more scenes would have greatly improved it. For example scenes with Old Man as bootlegged Maurice.
Well, if nothing else, the shoes being left stuck to the bathtub skateboard thing after the character fell off feels like a very 'Looney Tunes' kind of visual gag. Otherwise, I think you may have discovered a new sub-basement to the bottom of the bootleg barrel. An easily-broken Spider-Man with a red chest light is practically an A-List toy in comparison.
I swear I've seen that same skateboard mold in an older video about knock-off toys. The channel's called Leokimvideo, and the board was part of some crude Ben 10 toy. It looked even stupider because there was no motor in it.
It looks to me like the bootleggers were making some generic Easter bunny toy but when it came time to package this they decided it would sell better if they just slapped random Looney Tunes characters on it.
Can we get a compilation video of the "galaxy hole" stuff? I'm sure it's not done, but maybe the first 5 or 10, the others maybe coming in the next volume of galaxy hole stuff...
I had a bootleg Daffy plushie, and I've seen bootleg tapes, a board game, and of course, the legendary 'DRUGS BUNNY' shirt, that any 2000s teenager will know about.
The other bootleg toys look like who they're supposed to be ripping off. Maybe the red color of the Ultraman looking one would throw you off, but even the Ben 10 looks like Ben 10. But you wonder with "Bugs." I hear that Looney Tunes isn't that popular in Asian countries the way all those other characters are. Tom and Jerry, yes. A Jerry knockoff on a skateboard makes much more sense. This seems like a generic Easter Rabbit toy that they slapped Bugs and Co on the package. EH. Maybe for European bootleg distribution? But it's fun to see Bootleg Looney Tunes outside of just ugly drawings on bootleg public domain cartoon collection covers.
I believe that "anime boy" is SUPPOSED to be Ben 10, based on his outfit and hair, (he's also coincidentally an American character, not anime) but it's honestly hard to tell from here. =)
Coming up next from Sweet Pete's Faux Studios: "Planet Jam: A Novel History" featuring Boggs Bunny, Lalo Lolason, and LeBran Jaymes. Wouldn't that sound like something Sweet Pete from "Chip 'n Dale 2022" would do?

This Bugs Bunny ended up in the Bootleg Zone? I knew he should have made that left turn at Albuquerque.
@@wstine79 This Bugs made a right turn at Santa Fe instead.
4:06 This is the first time I saw a bootleg toy personally trying to end its own misery.
4:38 the Song they clearly Ripped off in the bootleg toy is “Dr. Jones by Aqua” in case if you were wondering.
Yep, I recognized it immediately for once!
I wasn’t since he tells us.
As a teen, I played that song on repeat. I started singing when I heard the tune.
I used to be really into Aqua, so I noticed instantly as well.
I live for watching Phelous losing his mind while banging toys together, the surreal acid trip of Goofy abuse was genuinely amazing.
Is this what happens to Bugs Bunny when he finally makes it to Albuquerque?
Looks like Judge Doom watered down the Dip way too much and Roger just turned into a melty smudged version of himself.

How zany that it is Doctor Jones by Aqua. Not sure if this is a clever link but Aqua also did a song called Cartoon Heroes. Trivia ahoy!
Guess his first name isn't Indiana/Henry,
it's Chuck.
