Dear Will thank you so much for sharing all of your knowledge (to me) really means a lot
and my next audio interface for live gigs will be an iConnectivity except for the fact that I use MOTU Digital performer for live shows backing tracks running from my drums since I am drummer
but talking about dedicated computers could please enlighten me, about running video sync to backing tracks on the same daw
on one computer for audio and another comp for video with redundancy that is 4 computers and we are not that stadium artists
I work with a (sometimes) arenas and concert halls, well known band in México so in my case what would it be the choices knowing that you’re a Ableton live super user would you run video and backing tracks inside the daw
because in that video signal I also run video for the audience to the main audience screen and also teleprompter lyrics in a splitted screen. 1920 x 540 splitted screen from computer to a matrox triple head2go video splitter your advice would meant a lot to me receive a big hug from Mexico 🇲🇽 city.
