When one is trying to live more simply or intentionally, practicing gratitude on a regular basis is a must. Despite the stress and collective challenges were are currently facing, we can still be grateful for the small things and simple pleasures in life, and this video shares twenty things I am grateful for at the moment. I grateful to be able to look at options instead of limitations right now. I'm also grateful to still be working so far and for the amazing people working to support us like essential stores (although I am limiting trips), gas stations, trash pickup, law enforcement, etc.

I am grateful for my online Taekwondo training with my martial arts school and how attendance counts toward credit for my yellow belt test! I am grateful for how I feel happy during and after violin practice. I am grateful for my vegan lifestyle. I am grateful for my background in ballet. I am grateful for my studio. I am grateful for my own bathroom. I am grateful for my sanctuary bedroom. I am grateful for my beautiful black Persian cat. I am grateful for my handmade craft making. Beautiful message. Made me realise those moments come after a period of its opposite. I’m going to start appreciating the moments of feeling dirty or waiting for a new leaf on my plant or for the experience of slogging away at a project, because those are the moments that must come first! ❤

A lot of the things that I can recall for gratefulness tend to only be temporary; my only family that I genuinely enjoy would be my parents, grandma on my mom's side, and my only sibling/brother. I don't know how to feel grateful for the big things when I am fed nutritional lacking food and go to a school that can sway my emotions a lot.
Some of the small things that I feel especially happy when I witness or have are
1. Sunrises on school mornings
2. Pasta Salad and Burritos, and the wrap slices we get at school
3. Music
4. Nature and horses (I watched a documentary and realize how dry the Earth is and am sad how agriculture affects the soil permanently)
5. My friends Heaven and Amelia (not their real names)
These are all wonderful things to be grateful for! Thank you for sharing!

I am grateful for these things:
my Job, it allows me to study what I want because I am in a job where there are many spare time to study while getting the right amount of salary that will help me survive daily.
Free meal and unlimited hot chocolate/hot coffee/ milk tea/ tea from the vendo machine at the workplace
I am grateful that I don't have to spend money going to work because I ride a bike.
I am grateful that more often than not I am not spending money, even a penny for a day/month in order for me to survive.
I am grateful that I have a comfortable house to live in.
I am grateful that I have no debt other than my mortgage
I am grateful that I am healthy and the people around me( family/ 2nd family / friends )
I am grateful that I am located near the glass window in the office to see the sun in the afternoon hitting the trees from 16th floor
I am grateful for my co-workers who are often helpful and understanding
I am grateful for my friends who always remember me when things are in good and bad situation
I am grateful for the gym that is free and easy access in the condo unit I am living in
I am grateful for the vacation leave at work, that is more than enough to enjoy everything under the sun.
