I asked a couple of lawyers how much it will cost me to file an exemption from attendance exemption in court before filing of final report. Got a few quotations ranging from 3000 to 5000. Thanks to your channel and another channel called adv. avinash nandan sharma ... I did it for Rs 10 (court fee stamp). I have my own website where I guide people in real estate matters of my locality for free. Good to see others doing the same. Thanks
It is infact, like buying medicine over the counter.. The format is helpful, although has to be any way encountered by an advocate while practicing..But the problem is, law is having technicality as you found a bit here Viz. facts, law points, the layman would require support from experienced lawyer while drafting..A strategy to move the case, prove, and ultimately getting proper relief from court, is part of practice of an advocate..and they do the work for their own clients, who have engaged them....
@@lawyerjituburman1527 that is why basic law needs to be taught in school and college. And all filings should be made online. Not in person. After docs are che cked the org can be submitted. That way expenses can be lowered even further. Only main / cross and final argumemts shd be in person. And rates charged by lawyers should be regulated.

Some paras are legal paras, and they just needs to be accepted, for example if the person who file a plaint mention that he has submitted court fee, we as defendent cannot go against that untill its a lie.
I ve filed a case in consumer forum, the defendant has put in reply denying my claim. Mr President of forum has asked me to file evidence. I had already filed evidence by way of Affidavit when OP DID NOT APPEAR FOR EX PARTY DECISION. LATER opposite party submitted their reply denying my claim . I am again asked by consumer forum to file evidence. My query - do I ve to repeat matter contained in earlier evidence and further add reply to defendant denial in crux or pointwise reply ? Pl help ASAP
Before & until contract, we are all under Common Law. As well as criminal. Civil proceedings are under a Common Law court too. All the rules should apply.

*when to write petition and when to write suit*
if the remedy we seek is defined in a statute then we will write petition and when there is no such statute which define you remedy you can use suit.
