No both civil and criminal cases can not be filed simultaneously. I am talking about constitution of India. Read doctrine of double jeoparde for further clearity.
It is a very well-organized video on drafting a plaint and written statement, but at 5:30 you claim that Article 20 (1) of the Constitution of India refers to the doctrine of double jeopardy, whereas Article 20 (2) of the Constitution of India refers to this doctrine.
It is not necessary to draft case in huge number of pages. The objective is to put all the issues in front of the court. Fee basically depends upon Advocate.

Hello sir, I have a query to ask. I am 3rd year Law student and started drafting pleading . Am I supposed to learn contract drafting, civil drafting and criminal drafting at the same time or if there is an order to learn it as a newbie. I am totally confused. Suggest me a helpful way to start the journey of drafting. Thanks.

Always avail all the remedies available to you.

First understand.. order 6,7,8 of CPC.. then check the formates and apply what you understood by orders. This is helpful for civil pleadings.
