Can a separate smaller battery be installed/isolated just to start the generator? My concern would be in quiet mode that the batteries would drop below the voltage required to start the generator.
It depends how much power you're going to be pulling out of those batteries at once. If it's 2000 Watts or below I think 2 gauge is pretty safe and that's what I have in my RV currently. But if you're wiring up an inverter or something like that in the distance is long you'll have to jump up that gauge.
Does this work as a stand alone unit or do I have to have the inverter and controller with it. Also I have a yardworks 4200 generator with solar system hooked up through a automatic transfer switch, will this hook directly into my generator with little modification.
Do you have a video install for installing a Xantrex Automatic Generator Start to an Onan 5500?
Does this AGS system replace the generator's remote switch or is this in addition to the generator's switch. I have an Onan Microlite.
Is there an AGS control for the Freedom XC and XC Pro models?
Do you have any information on connecting this style ags to a new Generac 7.5kw can’t get any info on where to connect the ags to the generac

Wow, I didn’t know that they made one, good information
Looks like you had it configured with a 3 wire generator. Do you have a video on how to connect to a 3 wire Duromax Propane?
Hi Jim, which size of gage do I use if I want to parallel two 12 volt batteries?

I believe you have to have the inverter and the control panel in order to operate the automatic generator start.
@@fullmoonadventureclub 👎that's bad news
I just want to see a video on how to connect the damn thing to my generator. too many wires, I am confused
